Exceptionally happy with the guy who checked me in. I got a call when I was in the train towards Dusseldorf about what time I was to check in and he was right there when I arrived. Unfortunately I don't recall his name. It says enough that I am going back to Dusseldorf next week and first checked if I could stay here again. Unfortunately there are no rooms available but it was my first choice anyway

It's self check in room. Economical stay with okay to go amenities. Eric was very welcoming with happy face. Room were cleaned on daily basis and very taken care of our forgotten Gopro and mobile. Good restaurants in the surrounding.

Extra bed provided was very small and uncomfortable for an adult.

Good value for money. Approx 15 minutes on foot from city centre. The room is not small and has air conditioning. The street and the surroundings are relatively quiet.

Hot water supply for the shower needs to be improved: the water was sometimes cold, sometimes hot.

All good very nice ration quality price! Garage costs 15euros per day. The host is very friendly, available and communicative!

Dust in corners, could be better cleaned.

everything seemed to be well thought out from the visitors perspective I have absolutely no complaints what a great stay if you can find it! Eric was amazing in checking me in and will definitely be booking again!
