Studiotel Top Loft is in walking distance from the train station which is very convenient. It is also right next to a tram stop. The building has an elevator as the lofts are on the top floor. I managed to leave my bags in reception while I went out exploring as I was too early for check in. I had a very spacious room including a bathroom en suite. The afternoon sun came streaming into my room which was lovely. They offered me a kettle to make tea in my room. I slept really well.

When I arrived I met one of the staff who couldn't speak much English and didn't try (with a translation App) to communicate. She advised me (by pointing at the clock) that I was too early to check in. The TV didn't work at all in the evening saying "no signal"

The room was comfortably big with a comfortable bed and large windows looking over the street. It is close to the HBF, and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the altstadt. The staff is AWESOME and Brigit very friendly, and helpful.

The exterior of the building the hotel shares is under repair. It is hard to find with only a small sign. Once inside, it is a very nice hotel.

Quiet and comfortable rooms. Very close to the main train station. Friendly and attentive staff. Free coffee in the corridor. Rooftop terrace with view and a bonus for smokers.

The evening check in procedure. Nobody answered the door, so had to call the hotel number, to be asked why I hadn’t checked my email because they had sent a door entry code. Ok, got in eventually but be aware of this when arriving late in the evening.

After the slight issue waiting for a few minutes to check in as there wasn't anyone present everything was great. The middle aged lady that manages gave me a beautiful big comfortable room & as my time was precious she gave a lift in her car to the Altstadt( Old City) Top Service 👌

I really liked the location right next to the station, good renovation and great breakfast. Good service.We will be happy to stay here next time we come to Dusseldorf.

Room cleaning and Internet, Wi-Fi does not work.

Really cosy place to stay, you almost feel at home. Location is great, just 5 minutes away from the main station

Nothing to actually complaint about, our stay was great. I would suggest to put some dark curtains or darker blinders as in the morning the room gets quite bright, even with the actual blinders shut

Room was really spacious and nice, very comfortable bed and clean everywhere. Also had a great view of the city from our balcony. We also had nice breakfast with a big variety of food :)

It was a bit cold in the room, that day was really windy outside. So air was traveling quit easy through windows. Just know, that it is always good to take extra warm socks and other clothes :)

We got an early check-in because the room was available. A very helpful and service oriented woman greeted us. The room given was perfect with direct access to the roof terrace. The breakfast is 10€ and includes many varieties to cater for every taste.

The mattress was a bit soft, but this is something that can happen in any hotel. I slept in the middle of the double bed and it was a good rest

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to the train station and at a walkable distance from the city's main attractions. You can have breakfast at the hotel for an additional fee.

The only con is that It is located on a busy street, so you can hear the noise in the room.

The room was really nice. luckily the lady offered us a Room on 6th floor with Terrace, which was awesome, great view and the lady was really Friendly and Frank, she made us feel really comfortable. The breakfast was good

The only problem was Wifi as i couldn’t connect to it all. But actually it didn’t bother us much as we were there for some work purpose and were most of the time outside 😊 sightseeing
