It is really well located, close to the train station, tram lines and Little Tokyo (a neighbourhood you must visit). Even though the location is near the main station's train tracks, the sound isolation is superb. We enjoyed uninterrupted sleep throughout our stay, undisturbed by neither the passing trains nor trams. We stayed in the 5th floor. The room is great given its price. The beds are comfortable and you get different pillows depending on whether you like them soft or firm. Bathroom is beautiful and clean. You get a kettle, with coffee and tea. Wifi signal was great as well, even using the regular free wifi provided (there is a faster premium connection available). We held multiple "Teams" calls without any issues. Staff is great and helpful. If you require anything from them at any time, they will be sure to help you. Their assistance added to the overall positive experience of our stay. It's important to mention that the room is not cleaned every day (including towels) unless you really require it to be. We usually keep the same towels for at least 3 days so it was no problem for us. We also didn't get the breakfast option, but from what we saw it included assorted bread, fruits, eggs, cheese, ham, coffee, etc.

Location is super close to the main train station and therefore very convenient if you are travelling by train. Staff is friendly and the rooms are nice, including the bathroom. I can't comment on the breakfast as we ate out.

There was some noise from the street during the night and early morning. But this may not be a problem if you keep the window closed. I also didn't like that we lost our football match against France, but I shouldn't blame the hotel for this, I guess ;-)

The hotel was lovely, most of the staff were friendly, just not the breakfast staff. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. We stayed with my daughters football team and it had so much space for us to meet up with them as there was 32 of us all together. The hotel were happy for us to be together. Very helpful reception staff

The area it was in seemed very run down with drunks / druggies congregating on the way to train station. Twice we saw a man passed out on the walkway which is quite disturbing especially for the kids. The breakfast is very expensive for what is on offer and the breakfast staff seemed quite rude.

The staff there are excellent, great service, very patient and helpful. Spacious room. Perfect for business trip. Easy check in . Great location .

Since I checked in the shower hear was broken . They didn’t fix it for two days but suggested allocated me a new room instead. -at 8/9 (12 is check out time)in the morning probably a cleaning lady (according to the staff) entered my room suddenly when I was sleeping.

The bathroom was quite big and especially how the shower doors could completely fold open and close, you could enjoy a big shower or a spacious bathroom. The bed was from good quality and both soft as hard pillows were provided. The backlight of the bed gave a nice ambiance. The hotel is close to the trainstation.

In front of the hotel passes the metro and even though the window has double glass, you can hear it quite good. The drain of the bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival which should have been seen by the staff after cleaning the bathroom from the previous visitors. A little bit lack of closet space or place to put your suitcases.

The location is quite near the hauptbahnhof which was our first priority in choosing the hotel. Second consideration is the price, it was lower than the 2 hotels next to it. We appreciate that we were allowed to check in before check in time. Having come from a total of 22 hour travel, we were able to crash and sleep for a few hours before going to a dinner meeting. We were booked 6 days, ate breakfast there for 4 days. Breakfast was exactly the same everyday. The lobby was nice with sofas and tables forming small groups. You can have short meet ups in the lobby if you're on business. No free water in the room, no minibar but there's a vending machine by the elevator. The bathroom partition was weird. I found it messy because of the wet floor. Toilet paper was hard and rough. No bidet but I think all hotels in Germany have no bidets. The hotel is near the police station too with a taxi stand in front. And next to the police station is a great resto called the Block House.

The movable/moving bathroom partition and boring breakfast. Edit: I'd like to add that their wifi is really slow. I had to rely on my mobile data access.

After a disastrous stay elsewhere, we had to change to this hotel. The best decision ever! This time, I truly understood why hotel buildings must be purpose-built and why some people/organisations can not convert apartments and call them "homely stays." We could sleep comfortably despite being 15-20 metres from the central train station. The air ventilation system works well with shut windows. In the other apartment, we heard everything from rooms upstairs, downstairs and outside with windows closed. The room was super clean, very comfy large bed with high quality bedsheets and good pillows with some substance. I managed to have contact with many staff; all were friendly and helpful and appeared to enjoy working there. The kid's stay was free, and once I paid for my breakfast, my kid's breakfast was complimentary. I appreciated the vast lounge with many comfy sofas and seats. We had an enjoyable stay and will stay if we visit the city! Thanks for everyone!

The only thing I needed was a small fridge. When travelling with kids, parents need to store certain drinks and food that their child eats.

Good location, easy to find from the station with good transport links to the rest of the city. Allowed us to check in early, clean and comfortable room with bathroom that had a walk in shower with both hand held shower and overhead showerhead.

Couple of stains on carpet but that's just from being dated probably. Could benefit from better window glazing, although we were overlooking the street not the train station could still hear trams etc clearly from the 5th floor. Also would be good to have a mini fridge in the rooms. No milk provided for tea only coffee cream.

Bed very comfortable. Great black out curtains, superb power shower and good quality toiletries Qaseem was very friendly and helpful at the check in and assisted when there was an issue with the room key. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Good location near the main station just 2 minute walk and well lit.

Room card key didn't work for access to the room on arrival. Problem persisted. During the 6 night stay. Resulting in several trips to reception and room not being cleaned when requested. Booked room cleaning and new towels at reception at 8.30am. Arrived back 8pm after a full day work at the messe, hadn't happened! Room cleaned next day but no new bed linen and tea bags not replenished. Only 1 new bath towel left when 2 people in room. Housekeeping erratic at best. No safe in room as advertised

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was kind and helpful. One of the biggest advantages of this accommodation is its central location. Public transportation options are just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around the city and explore all the main sights.

While the accommodation had some positive aspects, there were a couple of issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. Firstly, the toilet paper holder was installed far too close to the toilet brush. This made it feel unhygienic and inconvenient. Secondly, the bed was quite unstable. Every time a neighboring door was closed, the bed would noticeably shake. This was especially disturbing at night and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
