The hotel was exactly as expected. At bit outdated but perfectly fine for a short stay. Breakfast was super and the staff was outstanding. The hotel is located less than 500 m. of Dusseldorf Hbf. From the the hotel to the inner city is just a 20 min walk. Alternatively, several public tranport connections are available.

The room is not airconditioned which was not a real problem for us. But in summer this might be a problem because opening a window is not a real alternative. The hotel is located along a busy road.

This hotel is located just minutes away from the main train station. It's very convenient to walk to if you're coming in by train. Also, there are many trams/busses that you can take, and they're all free because the hotel gives you a complimentary travel card during your stay! Breakfast was really nice - I would never have expected a complimentary breakfast for the amount of money we paid per night. However, it exceeded my expectations. They made your own type of coffee specifically for you and cooked eggs for you just how you like them. The staff were really friendly - extra shout out to Markos/Marcos! He was exceptionally friendly and we had a number of good conversations with him. Overall, this is an amazing place for the money that you spend.

Great location, very close to the main train station. Very nice and friendly staff, exceptional cleanliness. Totally OK for a one night stay. Breakfast is also good, with standard continental selection.

If somebody moves around in the rooms above (?) your room, it totally feels as if it was in your room. I woke up to that in the night with a creepy feeling. Anyway, when I realized those are noises not in my room, it was not a problem. Wifi was a bit slow sometimes.

The hotel was very good! The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The room was quiet and spacious enough for 1 person, the bed was comfortable. Location is literally 3 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and maybe 10-15 minutes to the city center.

The hotel may seem a little bit dated. Also, there are a lot of stairs in order to get to the room. None of that not a problem for me but if you have a heavy luggage, that might be an issue.

The location is very close to Amsterdam Centraal and all the night out places. Reception team is very friendly. It was very nice of the gentleman at reception who helped me with my bags. He was very attentive and saw that I was exhausted. I had a very long train journey from Germany. I am very grateful to him.

The location is excellent very close the main train station, and the shopping areas and the riverside are also reachable by foot or by public transport. The Mitsubishi Electric Halle can also be easily reached by train from the main station, which is nice if you are attending a concert there. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, I got a lot of great tips on what to see in the city. It was also nice to have the breakfast in the hotel. I had a single room on the inner side of the building. It was convenient for a short stay and it was possible to adjust the heating in the room. The shower had good water pressure (important for people with long hair :) ). The Wi-Fi worked well and it was possible to work in the room as it had a desk. I also got a free ticket for the local public transport for the duration of my stay, which was great.

The building is old so the floors were a but squeaky, and you could hear people moving in the nearby rooms especially in the mornings. It was not a problem for me (otherwise the room was very quiet), but might be important to know for light sleepers who want to get up late.

The staff at reception was extremely helpful and provided me with information about the city and transportation options. She gave me a card that was valid for local public transportation.

Even though there is an elevator, I had to go down (and up upon leaving) two short flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase. It is an older building.

Very clean, friendly staff. It is a family business operated by 2 sisters to my understanding. Very close to the main train station. Safe neighborhood. 15-20 minutes walking to the river side. The room furnishing is basic. No refrigerator, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a great selection. Overall friendly and helpful people.

The mirror in the bathroom may be placed lower. I could see only half of my face. But there is a full mirror in the bedroom.

Nice small hotel. Reception is open 24h. It is possible to keep the room key in reception. Wifi works fine. Room is on the road side but still silent. Heating is enough.

These are general issues in Germany Hotels. 1- There is no hotel slippers 2- There is no complementary bottled water but tap water is drinkable.

Great location - 2 minutes from the central station. You get free local transport card for the duration of your stay which is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly - it's a lovely old school family-run hotel. Good breakfast selection and loads of places to eat nearby (especially Japanese/Korean) for evening meals.
