as a repeat customer i like the room size, position of the facility.all this for a competive price.

the parking charge is rediculous. i arrived at 3 pm and left next morning at 8 am and they wanted to charge me for 2 days ( 40 euro). never heard of anything like this. i refused to take this offer and parked easily on the street for free. it,s a pity that quite a nice facility is ruined by such a stupid policy.last time a stayed at "living de medice* in the altstadt with 1 charge for an overnight stay.

This is a true home away from home. Apartments are spacious and you do not feel that you are in the hotel. The place is close to everything. Downstairs there are two good Thai and Vietnamese restaurants. Across the road is a convenience store which is open 24/7 (convenient indeed on Sundays). Little Tokyo is around the corner. Marketplatz and shops are within walking distance. Management is very helpful and is always on site during the day. They help you with everything around apartments. You an ask for additional electrical appliances if needed including TV boxes for extra programs. Apartments are cleaned every day, towels changed, you just have to wash your dishes.

I would definitely prefer bath over the shower, but that is not something of great importance anyway

The apartment was on the 6th floor in a city centre location and most places could be reached on foot. It was very clean, spacious and well laid out, with large feature windows and a very large private terrace. Kettle, toaster and fridge were provided, as well as a coffee machine, cutlery and crockery. There was an excellent shower and fresh towels and housekeeping were provided daily. Satellite TV was another welcome feature. All staff were friendly and courteous. We would not hesitate to use it again on a subsequent visit to Düsseldorf.

There were no bedside tables or bedside lights in the bedroom, due to lack of space. Perhaps some wall shelves at the head end would solve that problem.

The property was lovely, well presented. The balcony was great to just sit out on and relax . There is parking available and the staff actually walked with us to show us where( literally across the street) and how to use it. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk to the old town and river. There are lovely cafes and restaurants beside and around it. There is also the most amazing supermarket I think it’s called crown. Never seen anything like it, bars and restaurants so you can eat while you shop!! The old town is beautiful with lots of bars shops and places to eat.

The living room area and so much space for clothes if you where staying longer. Replace towels everyday with clean ones. An amazing vietnamese place down stairs that was so good. Staff was super friendly and very helpful, even with the amount of messages I was sending answering questions. And where very good for letting us get early assess..

Just writing this so there is somthing to put here. Didnt refill tea, creamer or water so what you get at the start is complementary. I would have brought tea from home if I knew.

Apartment was spacious, clean & with all the facilities. Plenty of restaurants around the apartment block, close to the train station. Housekeeping ladies were very friendly & remembered any requests.

We booked an apartment with air conditioning & they had allocated one without air conditioning. Luckily they managed to give us another room. There's only 1 air conditioning for the whole apartment & it's not in the bedroom. It was very hot & humid during our stay & they should have had the air conditioning cooling down the rooms since check in time regardless of whether the guests had arrived or not. Air conditioning is a problem in Europe in general.

We got an upgrade room from Booking, and it was amazing, we had huge living room with a nice kitchen. We had a great bedroom, and great restroom. location also just walking distance to the center of the city. apartment was clean enough for my baby to crawl. :)

we arrived earlier than expected and the reception guy told us if we want to check in early, we had to pay 10 eur for each hour. That was nonsense, if the apartment was ready to check in, they can just let us put our staff there, if the apartment was not ready, they could just tell us like that, still cleaning, not ready for check-in etc.

Very helpful staff for answering questions, changing arrangements, and of service on site. The entire property was in good condition though a bit sparse (we shared cutlery, pots & pans, dishes, etc across three apartments). Fantastic location with loads of excellent restaurants, shops, and transit. Great secure bike parking across the street was provided. Lots of light, but good blackout curtains & surprisingly quiet at night.

It was a little confusing figuring out how to check in.

We liked everything about the apartment. Its location is perfect! Very central. There are restaurants, cafes, and markets all around. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities that were mentioned in the description. Also it was very clean. The staff was very friendly. If we have a chance to come to Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay here again!

Victoria Apartments sits in an exceptional location , surrounded by all the outlets ever needed , 5 mins walk from central station and 10 mins walk from the most famous shopping street and the old town where all the buzz is happening , been visiting the city for 17 years and this is by far the best catch and the place I will always stay , moreover the Apts are so spacious and very comfortable…highly recommended the Lux apt 80m .
