The staff was friendly and went beyond expectation trying to provide us the best rooms available. Beds were comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Location is practical being close to the station and restaurants / supermarket

The entrance looks / smells poor and the reception could use a few chairs / a couch for people waiting. But this was provided upon arrival by the friendly staff.

The main problem of this facility is lack of toilet in the hotel room. There was only one toilet out of the room and it was for around 20 people. We always had to wait for the toilet, because one toilet was not enough for more than 20 people.

I liked the nice behaviors of the staff and the location of hotel which is near to central Station.

I visit Dusseldorf 2/3 times a year and always base myself in this hotel. It's a 5 minute walk from the hbf and considering some of the rooms face out to the street, you never hear any noise. Don't expect any luxury from the hotel, but that's reflected in the excellent price. If you just need a bed for a few nights, can't ask for much more than here!

Very close to Central train station, there is a supermarket just across the road. Turkish gentleman at the reception is very friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are not new, but clean and tolerable for this price.

Rooms were nice inside, a little difficult to find when signage isn’t great! Had to press all buttons to the hotel front door in order to get in, but receptionist was very helpful and rooms were nice and clean

The location was perfect, very close to the train station and not too far from the city center. The room was a good size and the washroom was ok as well. everything was clean and the check in was very punctual

It was ok, of course you can not expect five stars for this price, but it served its purpose: a good, clean place to sleep

When I arrived and when I left, there was nobody at the reception. There is no bell at the reception, so both times I had to search the hotel looking for staff

The area is dodgy but that's not the fault of the hotel.

I did not stop in the hotel Domo but there other hotel called Hotel Mondial. Good basis cheap hotel. Lift, was on 6 floor.

No reception most of the time. Received a email telling me to go to hotel Mondial and access hotel by a key box with a actress code that they supplied in email. No real problems getting into hotel. A day later later I had to let a guy in because he had not received email telling him how to access hotel, not received code for key box.
