We were giving an upgrade as there was a problem in the kitchen . The room wax very big with sofa and king size bed & big bathroom . Take away & restaurant down stairs Easy to find wax just 700 meters from the hotel We booked . Friendly helpful staff. And private parking was good.

The bed made a noises every time you moved on it all night . Couldn’t open the window as on the Main Street . A lot of traffic noise . & people talking. The rain shower only had half a glass panel so the whole bathroom was wet . No tea / coffee in the room. Only a small fridge with afew cans of drink. But after a very long journey a cup of coffee would have been nice .

The room was spacious and very clean with a nice and also spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet is very good for what we are looking for. All in all, a great value located in walking distance of downtown Duisburg. For your conveniency there also is a bus and trams station very close to the hotel. Will stay there again during our next visit.

Everything was very good. Parking location, bed and cleanliness. The only issue is lack of A/C so with over 25 degrees outside You need to sleep with the windows open and with trams outside going back and forth it's not ideal to fall asleep easily due to the noise. Apart from that no complaints.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the personnel was very friendly. The bathroom was fine for our need. It appeared to have been recently renovated.

We had a few problems during our stay. Room service was skipped for one day leaving us without clean towels and the curtain rod failed. Both problems were taken care of immediately after we reported them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after check in hours and they made sure we could still arrive, staying longer. Bed was also very comfortable.

The Hotel is clean, and the rooms are functional. It's located in a relatively quiet area. The breakfast is good by German standards.

Place is good. Nice neighbourhood.

There is somethung to be done with shower cubicle door - a little touch and water is pouring out. Also not good sound isolation - ouside is a tram line and there is no noise difference whether the window is open or closed.
