The location was very central, the bed was comfortable, the WiFi connection was great (though, it didn't work in the restaurant, but I think deliberately), the staff was helpful, the breakfast was nice.

The room and the bathroom could have been a slightly bigger. And although, there was some heating, the room was cold. But upon request, I asked for an extra blanket, and they gave me one.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating for everything. We needed to extend our stay and they arranged that for us without changing rooms. Note: we were not in the hotel itself, but in a room in the residential building across the street. We did stay for dinner there on most nights, the burgers are awesome.

The only issue was that the showerhead was leaking and in general we felt the shower was not very comfortable.

All staff members are really professional. Delicious breakfast each morning. Close to the subway station. Really clean rooms, staff is cleaning it daily and offers you 1 pack of Haribo for each person.

Only 1 suggestion from my side - more brighter light bulbs inside the room. Could be not comfortable to people who wishes bigger rooms - for me personally it wasn't an incovenient.

Friendly welcome and convenient location, walking distance to parks, shops and restaurants while being close to the motorway entrance. Good wi-fi

No AC, and the window does not fully open, meaning that it was not possible to cool the room at night.

I loved the location, staff, drinks, beds. Very comfortable and totally worth the price. Definitely going there again, and already booked my next staying.

There was a lack of functioning ventilation in the bathroom. And the lack of shampoo in the bathroom.

I enjoyed stay in this hotel. Room were small but its ok for me for 1 person, but most important very good and friendly personnel

We were late, but the staff stayed and waited for us with no problem. The young lady at check in did a great job, telling us all the things that we needed to know for the stay. Also she helped us find parking.

The cleaning ladies in the morning told us that we can't use the elevator.

That was late check in that day and I notified the reception desk. They left the key room for me in the post box with all instructions. When I arrived I had no problems to get in and rested. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

maybe it's just that the toilet in the room was smoky, so when we arrived the windows were open everywhere and that made it cool to sleep. but everything else was great

Staff couldn't be any friendlier. The young gentleman in reception went far & beyond to help us settle, including guiding us through street parking. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Not sure about area as we were only there for 1 night and kept travelling. Bathroom was compact but functional, had everything you need. Good shower.
