The room was beyond our expectations, with its excellent style and cleanliness, especially considering the affordable price. All members of staff were polite and spoke English fluently. Moreover, the hotel is located in a great area, which is not too far from the city center, with shops and restaurants, as well as being close to the bus station. Additionally, the hotel has a 24-hour reception, which was really convenient for us. When we asked them if we could check-in during the night, they were very accommodating.

I didn't like the mattress and the pillows. We asked for additional pillows because they were not very comfortable. The mattress was very hard, which is a matter of personal preference. My partner liked it, but I had some trouble sleeping. However, this is subjective, and it was the only issue I found.

Nice and clean hotel with a very friendly staff

I was missing a bottle of water in my room. A nice sweet treat is a thoughtful touch, but after traveling all day, a bottle of water would have been much more appreciated upon arrival at the hotel.

Quality, welcoming, professional, uncomplicated.

Workspaces were lacking. The desk-type space in the room is quite narrow. I would have benefited from a broader table or something similar in order to work from my computer when needed.

Just some minor things - Minifridge didn’t work and no water/coffee/tea in the room. Coffee could be taken though from breakfast room, but I’m used to be able to have this available in the room as well.

The room was not heated when we arrive and it was a bit cold for a while. The pillows were to thin and soft. A second pillow would have been nice.

Spacious and clean hotel room. The area is very quiet even with the window open at night. Very friendly staff. City center is only a short walk away. Combined with various public transport options nearby this makes the hotel a perfect spot for a city trip.

Breakfast is next-level. Clean and neat hotel (business like) 10 min walk through park to get to main shopping street (Christmas market)
