SERVICE: 5 stars for quick and courteous service from staff. I accidentally left a personal item in the room upon checking out on Saturday. I messaged them via the Booking app on Sunday, and they had shipped my item via mail by 6:00 Monday morning. It cost me just $10 for shipping instead of $200+ to replace the item. CONVENIENCE: The location is within walking distance of the concert hall and the 24-hour kiosk made checking in after an event very convenient. I would book here again for any event at Mitsubishi Electric Halle.

PARKING: Booking site notates the parking as on-site as though there's a private lot. The property is street-front, so the parking options (which the hotel emailed in detail before check-in) are street parking or a nearby garage; be advised that the public garage has limited hours which one may need to plan around if attending a late evening event.

Very quiet, comfortable and the room is quite large. Good accommodation for bringing my dog.

It would be better if there were Steckdose in an accessible place near the head side of the bed. I had to find it under the nightstand and it's difficult to reach.

There was a dog barking at midnight (seemed that a family also paid the accommodation for their dog). I woke up at around 2 am, because I could here the bark very clearly. I would suggest to bring your own earplugs in case of something unexpected.

The room and facilities were very clean and the location was fairly quiet at night

Parking in the area is very difficult I managed to park a 5 minute walk away but I think I was lucky to find this space

The Hotel is very cute and comfortable. Ambience was very likable and easy to access. Location was perfect for me as I attended a venue really close to it. But also, not too far from downtown and the train station. Breakfast was gorgeous and delicious, it is not included in the regular fare, but absolutely worth it . If I were to return to Dusseldorf, I would definetly stay here again. Definetly great value for the room fare.

The hotel is very convenient for Volksgarten parkrun. Approximately 10mins walk to the start. The owner/manager is very friendly.

Very comfortable bed, nice room and lovely decor. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Location convenient for walking to and from the railway station.

It was a bit noisy at first because the room was facing the inner courtyard where other guests were talking, but it quieted down for the night so not really an issue.

It was very well located for me. If you’re thinking of doing the Volksgarten parkrun, this property is about 10 mins walk from the start. Very clean and tidy and the room was well appointed. I would definitely stay there again

not a problmem for me but you should know the hotel is located inan old building and that there is no elevator

The room was new and nice, although small. The check-in and check-out was fully automated and worked very well. The neighborhood is nice and the location was perfect for me, as it was close to the concert hall. To the city center one has to take a short trip via the metro. The metro station was also close.

It was cold in my room and the wi-fi was slow.
