The provision of bigger family room was ideal for us as we were travelling as a family with a toddler. The room was excellent.

The lack of basic tea making facilities was such an inconvenience, however we were ultimately afforded an electric kettle in our room to make ourselves hot water at our convenience.

The whole hotel was clean & tidy, including my room. I had the garden view, which was beautiful, as were the flowers on the balconies. There was a good choice at breakfast. The staff were friendly & eager to please.

The location could be better. It took me a long time to find it. The cereal dispensers at breakfast took me approximately 50 attempts to get a bowlful.

Perfect location about 10 minutes from highway. When you travel during Europe and you need stop in the Duisburg area, this hotel is great because of private parking right next to the hotel. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Only one but at the same time the most negative one issue was smoke smell in almost all areas. Also at he end of our breakfast with children were very intensive smoke smell in the breakfast area. Unfortunately :( Hope it will be improved...

Great location, easy to park and close to the centre, arrived very late, but thanks to the key box were able to check in ourselves, the room was spacious, beds fine, but could be updated

Good hotel. It has its own parking, it is quiet and peaceful. Responsive staff. The location is not very good relative to the center, but if you like to walk and the weather is good, then this is not a problem. The room is spacious. Breakfast is not very varied.

For this price there are no cons

Friendly staff! We had a clean, spacious room (family 4-person room). Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Hotel is situated close to the city centre, easily walkable to most central locations, and close to the subway.

Convenient location for travelling through. Staff friendly, rooms comfortable, local area looked spicy but was great with friendly people and great eateries nearby

A great Budget Hotel , I had a small problem on the first night and they did not question it and swapped rooms straight away , the lady on the night shift was very helpful and friendly , great breakfast as well ,

Every element of the hotel was a good standard. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A relatively difficult location for pedestrian access to the city.

Room clean and comfortable. Garden area quiet and peaceful. Staff excellent. Particularly Stephanie a credit to the hotel and made me feel at home. Thankyou from England.
