+ Having someone on duty at the reception 24/7 made us feel safe. The lady at the reception is very polite and kind. Thank you for her smiling face. + In addition, the doors leading to the rooms could not be opened without a key after a certain hour. + There was an elevator. A very important advantage for taking the suitcases to and from the room. + They gave us transportation tickets so we could tour the city. I hope they continue to do this to every customer. Even just for this reason, this place can be preferred. + The WiFi reception was very good. + The TV worked, but there were only German broadcasts. + There were small shower products and soap in the room. + Towels were provided. + There was a cleaning service, although we did not use it.

- For a hotel this good, I wish there was a mini fridge in the room. - There was little space in the room, which means even if there are two of you, it's a tight space. - The number of sockets in the room was insufficient. There were only 2 sockets, and they were on one side of the bed. - The lighting in the room was very poor. We had to leave the bathroom door open to light the room. If these negativities are also resolved, they can offer a great accommodation experience.

CVJM Hotel has two big strengths: its location and the staff. The hotel is right next to Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof, which makes getting around super easy. The staff were some of the kindest and most helpful I’ve met in a long time—really made me feel welcome. A great bonus was receiving a train pass that covered not just Düsseldorf, but also nearby cities—I even used it to visit Wuppertal. Great value and warm service!

I do wish there was at least a tea set in the room. But overall, it was a great stay!

Nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice, always smiling and caring. Excellent location, close to the city center and not even five minutes away from the train central station.

They gave us one key for our room, and they also said that it was to use it at the door near the check in table which gives access to the rooms (they close it for security at evening and night, which is wonderful) but we kept wondering if the keys for all the rooms were the same then... It was the only "bad" thing I could see.

A room with good energy, very pleasant and spacious; the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was huge; very friendly reception staff; excellent location – just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and within walking distance of other interesting places in the city; the stay includes a public transport pass, which also covers the local train

I'm Umit KUTLAR Even though my arrival time in the city was 21:00 in the evening, I was able to check into my room easily. A nice surprise was; They gave me a free boarding pass for all transportation vehicles in Düsseldorf, which I could use during my stay. A hotel with a great experience, central location, 2 minutes from train and tram stops, clean room, friendly staff. If I come to this city again, I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is really close to the station and it's really easy to get everywhere. Included in the price of the room they offer the ticket for the public transport in the city. The room was pretty new and very comfortable with a lot of space.

The wifi connection was a little slow sometimes and it asked me to sign in many times during my stay.

Room was clean and comfortable which is all I was looking for. Location was a stones throw from the main station made it ideal for arriving/departing. An added bonus which I wasn't expecting was the hotel provided a two day travel pass for local transport which also covered getting to the airport on my departure

- The elevator is old , you have to open a door yourself so it’s a lil bit hard for who travel with large luggage like me - No streetlights on this hotel’s street so it’s totally dark when the sunset

Great location two minutes from Central Dusseldorf Station(Hbf) The surprise was that they gave me an 24h pass for FREE transportation in Dusseldorf,it was excellent for me! Staff was VERY kind and VERY helpful whatever I request.

No refigerator in the room to enjoy a cold beer!

Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean. Very close to train station and close to city center by walking. Giving free daily transport tickets to customers is a very kind and great opinion 🙏 Also there us a luggage room for early arrivals/late dapartures.
