During the check-in, the staff ( who said that he is the manager), was very rude and racist.

Absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Fresh fruits every day not from a tin, they accommodated gluten free w delicious little seaded bread and sliced bread. They had a vegan section as well, hot dishes like scrambled eggs and sausages, potatoes and cold meat, boiled egg, croissants, loads of jam and tea/coffees. The staff was absolutely lovely and super helpful in multiple occasions and gave me ice and plasters when I hurt myself on the streets. The hotel room was really spacious (business), had a coffee machine, mini fridge, underfloor heating in the bathroom extremely modern features with iPad near by the bed so you don't have to get up to switch the lights off/on! Same for A/C. Plug nearby the bed Daily cleaning Big TV in the room Desk The sauna downstairs was clean and working properly. However during our stay the steam room was broken sadly. You may ask for robes and slippers. There is a gym very clean and tidy as well Excellent location for transport and loads of restaurants and close to Christmas markets

Not much really but a couple of things we mentioned at reception. The beds are really soft, a bit too soft to my liking..they all had a mattress topped. Same with the pillows, which felt a bit flat for the high standing of the hotel and shame about the steam room but nothing else major . One thing to note the wellness suite such as sauna and steam room were currently open between 5pm and 10pm to save energy which is fine by me A bit noisy due to the shutters rattling, open or close, cause of the horrible weather we had, really nothing much the hotel could do about that so take earplugs if light sleeper or like sleeping window open

The room had everything I needed, wardrobe, sofa, armchair, desk. Both room and bathroom are spacious, there was even a bath tub. I loved this place because I'm not a fan of chain hotels with rooms looking all the same and grey, this hotel had taste and pastel colours. The hotel also features a sauna, tepidarium and small fitness area. The staff was very kind. Walking distance from the train station and few minutes from the famous Japanese area.

The location is very good but could feel slightly unsafe for a single woman at night. Nothing happened to me but I was happy that the hotel was just a few steps away from a main street and not deeper down in the small alley.

Our room was big and comfortable (we opted for a bit more "special" room since we were celebrating our anniversary), we really enjoyed our balcony and the breeze that was created, the breakfast was quite nice with plenty of sweet and savory options, the bed was super comfortable and very big, better than the one we have at home for sure! The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, you can explore many parts of the city from there on foot.

Nothing really comes to mind, if I had to be nitpicky I would just say the bed duvets. We were given two single bed duvets, as a couple we would have preferred to have a big one instead of two small ones. But they were very cozy and perfect for the weather during our visit!

The room was impeccable, very, very comfortable and all facilities extremely modern and new. There was smart panels for everything, and it was so nice to customize the ambience perfectly. Bed is super comfortable and I LOVED the huge window in the bathroom. Wellness facilities were lovely, it is a shame the hammam/steam room was not available during my stay but these things happen. Location is very central and near to the Central Station. All staff were friendly and I had an amazing time. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay next time in Dusseldorf.

Steam room was out of order during my stay. Just bad luck I guess but it was the only thing I could think of. Everything else was wonderful and exceeded my expectations.

The room was really clean and the bathroom met all my expectations. The breakfast buffet options were great , it covered everything and also the staff was super friendly and helped out with any queries we had. The parking was great you could go in and out just by using the room card. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling into dusseldorf. The distance to the aldstadt (City Center) was not too far and also the main train station. Within the vicinity you have food shops, supermarket stores and ice cream shops.

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of selection, fresh products and quality. The options for an European breakfast buffet were impressive. I strongly recommend trying it.

The location. It's doesn't reflect the impression of the hotel. But the surrounding area had noticeable unsettling features. Walking a few metres from the hotel there were vagrants loitering around the street. I felt safe at the hotel. But I wouldn't walk around the neighborhood late at night.

The breakfast is really top. Among the best we ever had. The parking at the hotel was also fantastic, certainly when we were surprised we could charge our electric car for free, it was included in the 20€/day parking cost. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, and that makes the difference for us.

Nothing really. The room was very basic but clean and functional. We got what we paid for.

Everything... i was travelling with my son, we booked 2 singles and it was a perfect choice! Both of us loved our rooms, the beds were perfect, there was a pretty well stocked and not that expensive minibar in the room and my son even got a bathtub.... and as she loves taking baths he was very happy with that. We had hoped for an room with an balcony and got our wish... it was soooo nice being able to sit out there and enjoy the sun! We also got our room surprisingly early which made everything much easier the first day. The breakfast was also perfect.... its on the top 3 of the best breakfast buffets i have had!

Personl but not all persons , Some of them been very cold person with no welcome saying . I didn't feel welcome 🤗 I work in different Hotels sense many years . It is very important that the Guest feel that they are welcome to the Hotel.
