A big affordable place for 5-6 guests. If you're in Düsseldorf to mostly be outside then this place is great. We were here for a concert whereas evenings/nights and part of the day was spent in the apartment, which was quite nice and comfortable (btw, you can cast YouTube to the TV). The area is also quite nice: a tram 50m away from the door, very central (only a 10min walk from the central station), and a plethora of great food options in the area.

The toilet was quite nice (for the most part), the bedrooms were quite nice (for the most part) and the common area was quite nice (for the most part). There are minor issues like the toilet cupboard being lose (not really a noticeable problem), the bedrooms having an opening without a door in between them, and the kitchen appliances in the common room were a little dirty from what we could see.

Nice size balcony. Comfortable bed and pillows. Relaxed and quiet environment.

School right next door, not a problem, we just didn't know and it made a lot of noise during the day. The staff at check in was friendly, however not incredibly helpful, just gave us the key and that was all the information. The area is alright, half way between two tram stops, and on a good tram line 701 which takes you to a lot of useful places in Düsseldorf. No sheer was on the duvets and that felt a bit strange and uncomfortable. I didn't really like the plastic plants all over, would really prefer real ones and a little bit of effort to make the place a bit more homey, as it is very bland. Towels for the shower didn't smell so good, the room was not cleaned daily.

Place was clean and comfy, room facilities are great. great value for money!

Bathroom light keeps turning off as it's activated by a motion sensor with a very short activation period so you will literally have to wave at the light bulb every 10 seconds to turn the light on again, it was very annoying, but i guess it's an easy fix. Also the shower place has no curtains or door or any kind of glass panel to keep the water from flooding the entire bathroom. The wifi is not reliable.

The position was good. It's near the Königsallee, in the city centre. Bus and train stops near the hotel. The bed was comfortable though the pillows were a bit too soft. We didn't stay much in the room, we were out most of the time. Another good thing is that you could do a "self check-out" if you need to leave really early. Special mention to the girl at the reception, who was very nice and also offered us Giottos :)

On the official website of the hotel check-in times are said to be flexible but we couldn't check in until 2 pm so we were a bit confused. The WiFi connection was not the best but it could have been due to the rain. However, we were happy with the stay.

Very comfortable beds, location just outside of city Centre, easy to find, arriving after reception hours was no problem and a very easy process. We had three rooms on the ground floor that were nice and like the pictures. One of the rooms had a smaller 2 person bed than the others, but since one of us slept alone that was no problem.

Just some points of improvement, but nothing major. There was no bin in the bathroom which was a little inconvenient. No outlets to charge phone in logical places. One of the rooms didn't have coffe/tea to use.

The bed was super comfortable and everything looked clean:)

We wanted to contact reception during the morning from 9am to 10am) to book another night, but there was no one there and they weren't answering our calls, so we couldn't extend our stay because of that. Overall everything was good, but they should have longer guest service hours:)

I was completely satisfied with my stay, especially considering the reasonable price. I found everything I needed and more, and the shower was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

It's difficult to write the negative experience. Still, If I must write then, the location was not a beautiful area in Düsseldorf, but Düsseldorf has enough transportation so it was not big deal.

Good-sized room with a touch of character. Excellent heating. Great location surrounded by a huge variety of restaurants, bars and cafès. About halfway between the main train station and the old town, all walkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The room was big, cosy and very clean. It has a huge bathroom. The location is pretty central, close to the HBF and even it is possible to walk to the center.

We couldn't connect to the wifi and there were no staff at the counter every time we passed. The mattresses are maybe too soft.

As always my stay in Dreams Düsseldorf was very good. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Perfect after a long day at work. The lady at the reception, like always, super kind and nice.

Wifi wasn’t working properly. I tried both possibilities but none of them was strong enough.
