The place is a short ~15-minute walk to the train station or 8 minutes if you take the tram. The bed was very comfortable and above my expectations for the price. The room was stocked with basic amenities like towels and the combined shower and body gel. Also, instant coffee and tea.

There is no mini fridge. I'm not sure if there are rooms that include it. The whole place is a bit run down, the rooms too seem in need of maintenance but for the price point, it is acceptable. The wifi password is written down, and the handwriting was difficult to understand. Perhaps upon check-in, they can say what it is supposed to be (e.g., letters or numbers, capital or lower case).

The staff is super nice, we went there early and were allowed to check in. The rooms are super spacious and clean. The beds are soft and comfortable. Our room came with a bathtub as well, super nice. The accommodation is super well connected to the tram. The central station is also rather close so walking here is an option. And with trams it is well connected to the city Center.

There is nothing to complain about.

Staff were nice and helpful. Great location. Next to tram/bus. Lots of places to eat locally. Supermarkets and kiosks all nearby. About a 20 minute walk to lively Altstadt which is full of bars/food and just down right lively really. It's also the main tourist area. Not a far walk either to the central bus station/train station. Lastly, not far from little Tokyo either.

Can't really complain to be honest. Had everything we needed.

Awesome location a 10 min walk away from main tourist attractions ( KonigsAllee , Old Town and going in the opposite direction the funky neighbourhood Bilk . Also very close to the 2 business districts . Extremely friendly reception staff , diplomatic and efficient in calming down guests during a little technical emergency ( hot water system ) Big room, renovated bathroom, great WIFI ( that's not always a < given < in Germany ..) Two major supermarkets within a 500 m radius

No hot water during our stay , 6 days taking cold showers was a big inconvenience . It appears this was a force majeure, hot water pumping system was broken and fixing it took a few days . There was no mini freezer in the room though this was part of the features listed in room description . I also think this hotel though really nice and welcoming creates too high expectations when defining itself as a 4 star. This raises expectations too high and could trigger guests' disappointment. Probably 3 star would be a more accurate fair description.

This hotel is really comfortable and a good value of money. If one gets this at a good price (mine was 39 pounds a night), for a double bed and a bathroom with a bath with air conditioning - then it is absolutely worth it. While one might say that this is the absolute lowest standard - Germany's hotels around this price does not have most of these amenities. Location-wise it is quite near to the station, around 15 mins walk and next to the main road. As well as a very good distance to Dusseldorf's promenade - the main benefit is that it is not located in a shady area and there is people about from the bistro bars nearby. Dusseldorf is a good place to stay to commute to Cologne and Bonn (especially if their hotels aren't as good at their price) so this place is quite great.

Wifi was a little slow.

a) It doesn't have an iron in the room b) Swipe in-card system in doors was a bit old Deducting 2 marks overall as it claimed to be 4 star but its actually should be a 3 star as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, & nobody going to come to help you with big luggage etc. But you are also not paying for a 4 star isn't it ? ;)

Staff was very friendly and it was pleasure to communicate with them! Hotel and room was clean. Location also is good. Close to old city and also central station.

Hotel is very cozy, but at same time bit outdated. Would suggest to make some cosmetic renovation. In breakfast I would appreciate some warm food, but only available was boiled egg. Of course, bread, salami, cheese was very good, as well breakfast flakes was wide choice.

The rooms were airy and big, very clean and comfortable. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a great location where everything is only a 15 minute walk away.

The check-in process took up to 1 hour because there was only one staff member at 3pm when everyone was lining up to check-in.

Convenient location just a few minutes walking from Königsallee and Altstadt. Great variety of fresh fruits and a tasty continental breakfast. A good price/value hotel in the heart of Düsseldorf.

The hotel represents a 3-star standard. I really missed a fridge/minibar from my room, and the double room in which I stayed (on the 1st floor) was quite small, thus it is more convenient for single use or for short stays.

Everything was fine. Room request was provided. Comfortable room & bed, good breakfast, very good storage for personal items in the room (not like many hotels) very helpful staff, 100% would recommend and will book again.

Lift broke down so had to carry case down stairs, but can't blame the hotel.
