Clean, freshly smelled en suite room. Very comfortable bed, quiet area so that you can sleep in peace. All facilities were there and as described in Booking. A night receptionist called "Manu" was so kind to give me a big fan as it is as hot during my stay. A very nice and helpful night receptionist called " Al Mutamad" was burning to help. The cleaners supplied me with toilet papers and shower gel, working lift, Good wifi signal, very good location; only 5 min walk to Netto Supermarket and a bus stop was 4 min away walking. The most amazing and unique bonus is they generously offered free public transport for my whole stay which was excellent service. I would definitely consider booking to this hotel if I ever visit Düsseldorf again

Only one note to the receptionist Emily. She needs to be more welcoming to the guests to reflect the reality of the very friendly people in Düsseldorf city and in this specific nice hotel. Although she allowed me to check in an hour earlier (I requested this before via booking) but I waited long enough in the reception. Besides she needs to have eye to eye contact and be more patient with guests. I didn't give 10 in rating the hotel due to this as I felt not welcomed.

The room was comfortable and size was fine for me being the only occupant. It was also spotless and had the facilities you would expect as well as a fridge. The bed was very comfortable. In addition the hotel provided a ticket for free travel on local public transport within the local region which was a lovely touch. Also we were only a few minutes walk from the underground.

There was no breakfast available which was a slight disappointment although staff were happy to point out local places to eat.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I couldn’t have asked for more—thank you for a wonderful experience!

The room had a single bed, which might not suit everyone, but it was still very comfortable for me.

Staff was pleasant, room was clean and in working order, room was oriented towards Langstrasse so the street noise wasn't much of an issue. Room was big enough for a single person (but just). Big perk is the provided public transport ticket for the whole VRR area.

No possibility to have breakfast in the hotel, room carpet would benefit from more detailed cleaning, no AC which might be an issue during the summer months.

the other guests quite noisy coming in after midnight. especially saturday night, several of them also, one of the rooms has a problem with the plumbing, an air lock i think, so this make a 15-20 mins noise after use, which i could clearly hear from my room

The hotel was very clean. They were extremely helpful at the reception. Hotel location is within walking distance to the shopping street. You can also reach everywhere by public transportation. You are given a free public transport card from the hotel. This is a very nice service. You will have everything you need in the room. Even though I went in winter, my room was heated very well.

I haven't had an experience that I wouldn't like.

Returning for a second time - very comfortable room and very central with great access to public transport. Not too worried about no breakfast provided as I usually eat out, but it is great to get a public transport ticket for duration of the stay - this is usually my main reason for staying as it is very helpful.

Room can be a bit warm, but that's not too much of an issue. - Apart from that would not change anything. - You get what you pay for.

Room was good and clean, no problems. There was a complimentary pass for public transport, which was nice.

The location is a little awkward. It is fairly close to the center, but not that close to public transport. Great if you want to just walk to the center, but can be a little inconvenient when coming in with the luggage.

Hotel location was a fifteen minute walk from the main station. Roughly the same to the river & Rhine observation tower, and about twenty minutes walk to the Altstadt. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wi-fi worked very well. The City local Travel ticket was a great help and added to the value of my stay. Staff were generally very helpful and dealt promptly with a room-safe fault issue that I experienced.

Nothing, very decent for a three star hotel

The service was really good. We also got a VRR ticket for free. The room was spacious for a Single Room. They have a safe, hangers, a water kettle, a blow-dryer, very small TV and radio. The bed was also comfortable.

The room is covered by a carpet that I doubt is very clean, so I would recommend bringing slippers just in case. My tea/coffee station was not filled and the fridge didn't work. I would have expected some simple toiletries like q-tips etc. The shampoo/body/hand wash was not really good. I would also recommend bringing your own toiletries. My room was faced to the street so it was noisy if you open the window and even closed you hear the street noise a bit. The bed was comfy but the blanket was a bit thin, I had to take out the felt blanket from the cupboard additionally.
