This is a charming and awesome small hotel to top to bottom!!! Before you even walk in from the sidewalk, the doors open automatically for you. The funky & well appointed reception area immediately greets your entry, and the other side of the reception counter doubles as bar with a well stocked whiskey collection on display, a sight to behold for some weary travelers! The small elevator lifts you to your floor, where the first thing you see in the hallway is a funky backlit piece of wall art at the end of the hall, then the hallway lights sense your presence and turn on to light your path. The rooms use typical key cards. What can I say about the room?! I had a double. They are smaller, but perfectly sized for a business traveler. The room is designed around the key elements: double bed, bathroom:sink/toilet/walk-in shower, closet/shelf/mirror unit, flatscreen TV on the wall, huge operating double windows with a cushion to sit on. The shelving unit had a mini-fridge stocked with waters, soft drinks and a beer and was complimentary- another charming twist. Anything you took was magically replaced the next day!! The bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything about the room was solid, looked new and well decorated. The AC worked fine and you can open the windows to the street below if you want. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was a wonderful assortment of foods for a continental breakfast including fresh breads, some homemade spreads and all the coffee/ tea you want. The dining area hosts a restaurant in the evening that I didnt try but during breakfast you can watch some of the prep starting up in the kitchen for the evening dinner and it looked delicious! The staff was the best and extremely helpful. It's a 2 min walk to the Graf-Adolf Platz station to go anywhere, or you can take a 10 min walk down Ko Alle to get to the Alt Stadt.

There's nothing I didnt like! But if you need to work in your room, the rooms aren't big enough for a desk or chair. I went down to the lobby if I needed a table or wanted to sit. Give this hotel a try. You wont be disappointed!!

Great central location within walking distance to the old town, Königsallee with its many boutiques, and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, even allowing early check-in which really helped with evening plans. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the beds were incredibly soft and comfortable.

The room felt a bit worn, with a broken and dirty roller blind, and poor ventilation that made it stuffy once the window was closed. The bathroom wasn’t very practical either — the sink was so small that washing your face splashed water all over the floor, and the shower cabin was uncomfortably tight. That said, it was sufficient for a one-night stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, with fresh and crisp bed sheets that added a touch of luxury to the experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. It was not only delicious but also very healthy, with high-quality options that catered to all tastes. Starting the day with such a wholesome and satisfying meal was a real treat.

I think the hotel location is perfect for Xmas market visits, all are in walking distance. My room was small (I booked single one) but enough for a solo traveler. The bathroom was small but power shower was great. And the light doesn’t go on when you close the door as some people complained about. Cleaning was good and the staff were friendly. I don’t know why people criticised breakfast but they had a decent buffet for everyone. They served 5 different type of cheeses, 4 types of jams, fresh smoothy, healthy options and salads and many more. They even provide free minibar with sufficient water, beer and fizzy drinks. I believe the hotel really worths the money. Thank you 🙏🏼

The room was beautifully designed with consideration for the guest's comfort; it really felt like I was staying at a friend's house. The hotel is in great proximity to the city center and right next to an ubahn station. The staff was very nice and helpful to us. Overall, we felt very welcome and taken care of.

A bottle opener was missing, which made it impossible to open any of the drinks included in the mini bar. Quite an uncomfortable thing to notice late at night, with no option to call the front desk, because there is also no phone in the room. Good to keep in mind in advance.

It was elegant, simple, and well located. I slept wonderfully, felt safe, and welcome.

For a Michelin star restaurant, I was disappointed by the coffee and the staff not knowing how to make a coffee. The buffet layout was annoying, and the only cooked part of the breakfast were boiled eggs. The shower door doesn't close, and so showerung floods the bathroom, and there is only one bathmat provided. The bathroom lights were out, too. It felt dim, dark, damp, and cramped in there. There is only a slight ledge to put bathroom products or vanity bags on. There are only 2 clothes hangers provided for a coat or something short. You couldn't hang up a long dress... and there is no iron or hair-dryer.

We booked to have a meal in the restaurant which was described as "fine dining". In reality there was only an expensive, gourmet meal offered, with between 3 or 9 courses. We could not choose our own dishes - the chef did this for us. I think this should have been made clear beforehand, Although the food was good we would not have chosen to eat here if we had known before booking.

Room very clean and comfortable, though the bed was harder than what I am used to, not uncomfortable but noticeable. Location was quiet with good food options nearby, though it is not in the altstadt, it is in the modern part of the city and about a 10 minute walk to the altstadt.

I would have liked a kettle and tea making facilities in the room, this is the first hotel I have stayed at where this is not provided.

I really liked this hotel, it's very centrally located with several metro lines nearby. The staff was excellent at all times. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip.

The only thing that could be improved is the buffet, there should be a little more variety but otherwise everything was excellent.
