Good location, a 10-minute walk to Konigsallee (the canal lined with trees) and a 17-minute walk to the train station. The building has a small elevator. The flat size is good and it pretty much has everything you'll need. The baby cot we requested was in the room on arrival. Large bathroom and shower cabin. The neighbourhood is both quiet and central.

The TV doesn't have any English language channels. The kitchen gets really hot when you cook in it (no windows). The lack of A/C wasn't that much of a problem for us as we were out during the afternoon and at night it wasn't really necessary.

From the moment you enter the room, to the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom/living room, it's very spacious. However, there is no front desk, so please contact us via email if you have any requests. On the second day of my 4-night stay, there were no towels replaced, so I contacted them via email and they replaced them, but I was told that normally they only have 2 towels each for bath towels and 2 towels for hand towels. Especially at MEDICA, the prices are high, so I would like them to change their towels every day.

The apartment is conveniently located near the city center, which made getting around very easy. The location was excellent. Moreover, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating — they let us stay in the room until our evening flight at no extra cost. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality.

The type of bed would be chosen much more conveniently,but we managed just fine for four nights. Thank you.

Excellent location if you want to explore the old town as you can reach everything by foot. Very good value for money during Christmas holidays. The apartment area seems very quiet and I liked the key in the lockbox on arrival. It was always warm in the apartment(even with no heating on most of the time). Apartment looks decent, clean enough but could be improved.

Apartment floor could be cleaner. We were three guests, but only had cutlery and plates for two. Microwave in our apartment was old and therefore very slow. There is no oven, so better microwave would be great. It would be great to have some essential spices in the kitchen. Pillows should be replaced with new ones.

We had a family apartment and it was very spacious with a lovely terrace. The kitchen was simple but had everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is close to the city centre and it's in a pleasant neighbourhood. We'd definitely come back.

We stayed 1 week and I'd have liked a broom to clean the floor (we only had a dustpan and brush which made a little more difficult). But other than that all was fine.

1. Location- only 10 to 12 minutes by walking to Main Station 2. Area- located in good residential area, free from bad people 3. All necessary kitchenette available in the room 4. Price - during exhibition period getting good price is unthinkable in Dusseldorf at least for Hotels, but the price offered to us looked attractive for us 5. For Indian one of the best Indian Resturant Jaipur Thali is nearby , hardly 5 to 7 minutes walk 6. Security as main door is locked

1. Cleaning of room only at the time of check in and if stay is more than 2 days then at charge 2. Wi-Fi speed should have been better 3. Quality of toiletries should have been better

Great location, within walking distance of everything we needed. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Didn't need to ask Margareta anything as she provided all useful info without prompting. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and will certainly book the apartment again.

Not too keen on having the microwave next to the bed, ideally it should be in the kitchen. A chest of drawers or some shelves for clothing would be nice as anything that couldn't be hung in the wardrobe had to stay in the suitcase.

Margarita was an excellent host. I would definitely book it again and highly recommend it. I liked the neighborhood. It was close to the metro station (7' walk), Ko (around 10' walk), supermarkets, and the central metro/bus/train station (20' walk). It was so easy to go everywhere on foot.

15 minute walk from most things. A slightly quieter area, although near the main roads. All you need is there, a working TV as well. Great bathrooms.

Only one pillow, which isn’t too bad, however, a very bad pillow at that. One of the beds, one on the floor, which kept having to be reassembled throughout the night.

The apartment is 10~15 min walk from Little Tokyo, but not too close to the noisy part. It also had supermarkets close by.

The bed was 2 single beds put together, sadly not the most comfortable if you like to cuddle with your partner as the beds starts to move away from each other.
