I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and overall found it very nice. The hotel is located on a fairly quiet corner in the center of Düsseldorf, not far from the main promenade. Another plus is its walkable distance to Düsseldorf Central Train Station – just about 8 minutes on foot. The entire building is renovated and modern, and the lobby is nicely decorated. My check-in was fast and easy. Overall, the hotel’s staff were nice and friendly. My Standard Single Room (#313) was the right size for one person, modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. All the furniture was in perfect condition. I liked the large window, which let in plenty of natural daylight, and it could be opened fully for fresh air. The city view from my room was also lovely. The twin bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided a couple of free bottles of water along with tea bags and coffee. I liked the closet section with a luggage bench, refrigerator, and safe. The bathroom was beautifully designed – I absolutely loved it. The amenities were the standard NH brand, and I liked both their quality and scent. I also really appreciated the modern and powerful hairdryer. The hotel’s Wi-Fi worked very fast. For my stay I paid €56 per night (plus €6 per night city tax), and I found this rate very reasonable for the overall high quality of the hotel. I can absolutely recommend this NH Hotel for a stay in Düsseldorf, especially if your goal is to be in the city center and close to the Central Train Station.

Not fitting my pre-arrival request for a room on the 5th floor, as was promised to me through Booking.com chat a day before my arrival. Very small and slow elevator. Very tiny shower stall in my room. Not many hangers in the closet of my room – only 4 were provided.

Staff: The staff seemed really happy to be there. They were very respectful and accommodating. Utilities: From the mini bar in the room, to the complimentary still water. And to the little sweets offered at the entrance of the hotel. I would say that the hotel tries every trick in the book to keep you happy. And it does. It seems like it has kept the hotel values of accommodation first, while nickel and diming your customers (trying to cheap out) takes a back seat. AC: The air conditioning unit in the room was really good. Too good in some cases. But I prefer it that way instead of choosing a weaker unit. Cleanliness: The room was really clean and I was happy with both the bathroom's cleanliness as well as the room's Condition: It seemed like the room had its priorities right. Everything was really well kept and in perfect working condition. Well done on that too.

Elevator: The hotel had only one elevator. I don't know if there were other hidden ones but the poor thing was going through the motions. It was trying to alternate between assisting the service team that were hard at work and the customers in all the different floors.

I visit this city lots of time due to my job and almost I visited most of the hotels in Düsseldorf, but this hotel is really well above when comparing with other hotels. Hotel staff are so friendly, kind and very helpful. Location is the best in any aspect, walking distance from main train station and to the shopping street. Very nice cafe, restaurant and bars around. Easy access to public transport (less than 2 min).Hotel is well maintained and its really worth for the money. It will be my next stop again for sure.

The hotel has a perfect location, nice size (not too big, feels intimate somehow), super-clean, reasonably priced - and importantly, really friendly and helpful staff. Checked in last night (2 Nov) and was warmly welcomed by the receptionist (young man with beard and eye glasses) and the equally friendly young lady (dark hair) working alongside him. Same for this morning's check-out, received lots of tourist tips at the check-out, from a young blond man at the reception desk. Please thank them on my behalf for their smiles and professionalism! Keep it up!

We were there three nights and it was a real nice stay. Excellent staff, clean room with almost all amenities that one needed for the stay, perfect location: close to main train station and the old city and many restaurants. The atmosphere was calm and hospitable, which was also very important for us. They had a green house-keeping option which was a new idea for us and good choice for visitors.

Would have been great to have an electric kettle in the room. But that is more like a wish than complain. It was basically the only thing that we missed during our stay.

I am satisfied with the location and the facilities/service in the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Daily free water, espresso, tea and coffee in the room.

Bathroom a bit dated and toilet seat chipped. Both the bathroom and bedroom were a bit dusty and could have been cleaned better. I cleaned them with a damp cloth. Sometimes noise from other guests, but overall a pleasant stay.

This unpretentious, yet comfortable hotel is located within a 5-minute tram ride (#708/709) from Central Station and a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Düsseldorf. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. Despite its central location, the hotel is just slightly off some major roads in a more residential (and, thereby, quiet) area. The hotel itself is mid-sized with super-friendly staff. Facilities are somewhat limited, but with everything one could want a short distance away, this didn't bother us at all. Breakfast is buffet-style and plentiful and costs EUR 19.00 per person. (Unless you only need a cup of coffee and a pastry in the morning, going out in the morning will cost you about the same elsewhere.) We booked a Junior Suite and got what to us was a surprisingly large space on the top floor with windows all around (room 511). Considering what we paid, this was a great value and made us feel right at home.

The only thing we disliked was the speed of WiFi which hovered around a disappointing 2 Mbps most of the time. Other than that, it would have been nice to have breakfast included by default, but given plenty of options in the vicinity for those who don't need a buffet-style meal in the morning, this was quite all right.

The location is absolutely perfect for walking around the city, approx 10-15 minutes to everywhere, train station, old town, the Rhine., Konigsallee boutiques. Local supermarkets and restaurant on the same street. The staff we spoke with were all super friendly and professional (allowed us to store luggage after check out, offered us free drink for declining daily clean). The reception/bar was fully staffed during our stay. We booked two rooms. The suite was clean, spacious, fully equipped with kettle/nespresso machine, hairdryer, toiletries. Comfortable clean beds. We didn't book breakfast.

The single room was the perfect size for our needs however unfortunately the room smelt so badly of stale smoke we had to leave the window open. I would definitely ask to move rooms next time. The tea making facilities were also missing from the room.

Everything was perfect, except that my room was the last room in the corridor which made me near the exit and entrance door of all the hotel staff. I tried several times to complain about the noise from the door, but this was never solved !

Great hotel for a one night stay! Staff were fantastic at check in and check out. I stayed in the single room and it was the perfect size for what I needed for the night. Facilities were nice, bed was comfy, shower had good temperature and pressure! Great location too, only a 15 minute walk to the busy parts of Dusseldorf, or a 2 minute walk to the tram which is only two stops from Dusseldorf HBF. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Dusseldorf!
