Breakfast was very good and the service service staff were excellent. We have been staying here over the years and it was great to see the refurbished rooms and modern fit outs.

The hotel previously provided umbrellas- even if just a few at the reception. It would help greatly if this continued as we don't carry umbrellas when flying into Neuss for a stay.

Very pleasant stay. Used the hotel as had weekend trip at indoor ski slope nearby. Hotel was convenient to get to and well priced. Car park was secure and €20 for overnight. Room was clean, tidy and secure. Also breakfast was very good with good selection. Overall would recommend as a basic accommodation for business trip or overnight for the ski slope nearby.

super friendly employees. even though on their website it started I have to pay in euros, they offer to charge my CC in dollar- saved the 3% fee. great location. i booked a second room for family and was able to extend the stay last minute.

I had to hunt down coffee. soap was only refilled by request. by arrival the windows were closed & AC was off.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Exterior belies the interior, don't be put off. Lovely hotel and rooms very good size, spotless, clean and within 10 mins walk from the town square. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing hotel in a really interesting town. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was also extensive.

Everythig was great.

No A/C in the room but nice big doors to open to let some air in which was nice. Excellent Wifi, nice breakfast, was a shame to only have a single bed though. Overall I was very happy and would stay here again.

Parking spaces are a bit tight for modern cars, it can be a bit nerve wracking to park without scraping your car.

Clean room, good breakfast choices, friendly staff

The hotel was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people that wanted to have breakfast around the same time and people even had to sit in the bar and lounge but in the end that's just a small discomfort, the breakfast itself was good and the staff certainly did their best to accomodate everyone.

Hotel was clean, had everything we needed and was located within walking distances of the town centre (Neuss) and transport into Dusseldorf

Location was very good, Room was clean and modern and suited our needs. Staff were efficient and lovely with good English. I was able to borrow an umbrella with no problem.

maybe a ramp at entrance for suitcases instead of carrying down the stairs.
