This is a nice hotel just outside the busy cities with excellent facilities, like free off street parking, a bar and a proper breakfast. Staff are always friendly and everything is kept clean. The free coffee is also a bonus.

Don't expect Aircon or a mini fridge, but this is clearly shown on their booking.com listing and reasonably normal for Germany. I would have liked a charging point for my electric car somewhere nearby, but this is not quite as common in Germany yet compared to the Netherlands.

Decently priced family rooms though impractical in terms of bed allotments. Mattress and pillows were of good quality. Food was decent but not outstanding.

Location definitely requires a car. Food could have been better. 2 queen/king beds instead of those single bed arrangements. Bed was a bit squeaky.

Rooms basic but comfortable and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get into Dusseldorf, short walk to tram station. Free parking a bonus . Continental breakfast good.

Tea and coffee facilities would be nice in rooms, however we were offered free hot drinks at reception.

The staff was super friendly. Whether late at night or early in the morning, they were always helpful. Breakfast was fair, certainly not the best I've seen, but had everything I needed. The room was nice. Even though the rooms use keys, which is a bit outdated, the beds were comfortable, plenty of outlets, and a small desk from which I could work.

The location was not great. Getting from Neuss central station to the hotel meant walking and checking Google Maps several times. Since I arrived late, I wish I didn't have to do that. Maybe it works better if you have a car, which I didn't. Not a deal-breaker, though

Big interconnected rooms, friendly staff, spacious. Showers were decent.

It was located in an industrial area, so we didn't see much of the city itself. Breakfast could have been a bit more elaborate.

Nice, spaced, clean rooms, clean bathroom. Everything what we need. And the breakfast was great.

The wifi internet was poor. But we didn’t need it a lot.

The male front desk attendant was very nice and friendly!
