Very clean hotel, but room amenities a bit basic - very good value for the price though. Shower and toilet were very clean, shampoo/body wash is provided and a hairdryer too. The temperature of the shower was very good, but shower pressure wasn't adjustable. We're used to softer beds so we found the beds hard but we asked for extra pillows which helped. Lighting in the room is very good. Breakfast is continental with a decent choice, we liked everything. Location is good, nice and quiet at night as it's in a commercial area but well connected via U76/U77 to the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Note that in the rooms there are no tea/coffee making facilities, wardrobe or drawers, or bedside tables. There were 3 hangers per person for clothes, and an elasticated net pocket by the bed for storage, a table with one chair and a pouffe under the luggage rack in a double room, three pouffes and one chair in the quad room. Cafe soft drinks were very pricey. There's no bottled water in the room so we picked some up from a kiosk/supermarket as it was a lot cheaper. There's a decent kiosk in Belsenplatz a few stops away on the U-bahn.

The food was delicious, and there was variety. At the restaurant, the staff were very kindly. During the breakfast time, and in the evening. We did not use restaurant service at noon. Also, in the restaurant, friendly environment and very clean facilities.

I went two times to the Reception (Front desk) to report that shampoo ran out. In the morning a clerk received my claim, but the issue was not solved. Then I went again in the evening. In this second time the issue was solved. One day in the morning, a service employee had a wrong behavior kicking several furniture in front of us, in the rest area near to restaurant entrance. We did not know what what kind of message he wanted to show us. We think that a least on clerk in the Reception saw that event too.

Booked with Genius discount, free breakfast, which made it very good value for money. The room was practical and clean. Was able to open the window to let in fresh air. Unfortunately no desk to work and no chair to sit on in the room. So packed my stuff and worked from the restaurant/bar downstairs. It is a nice area and the staff was friendly. Drinks a bit pricey. Breakfast better than expected, with hot and cold offerings, fruit and nice german bread

Simple accommodation but does its job, bunk beds like in a hostel are alright, good view from above, breakfast is fine too.

I felt that the information provided by a particular staff member about parking was not sufficient. There were indeed opportunities of free parking, but at first it sounded like there weren't any, and it would have been 20 euros more had I listened to the member of staff in question. I also booked for a small group, but didn't get an invoice for both. I don't understand this, if there is a chance to book two rooms for a group of colleagues, I don't understand and I was given no acceptable explanation why I didn't get the invoice for my entire booking of two rooms.

The hotel is close to the metro station from where you can easily reach the city center in about 20 minutes. They let us in slightly before the check in hour, which was appreciated. The room is clean, cozy, and with new furniture. Breakfast was nice and with a good variety of salty and sweet food. You can have breakfast until 10:30, also very convenient.

Few things should be improved for a perfect stay. 1. Pillows too thin to make you sleep comfy. 2. The remote control has Netflix and YouTube buttons, but these services are not available. Although it’s clearly written on the hotel guide, it’s a bit confusing in the first place. 3. Toilet paper a bit too rough.

One of the highlights was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. I would definitely stay here again!

The only small downside was the pillows, which I found to be a bit uncomfortable. A change or upgrade would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Clean Quiet and big spaces, It feels pacefull even if it was full of people, parking on the street is safe and the area is a financial area quiet during holliday season.

The breakfast is lacking of more options, there was scrambled eggs but not bacon for the meaty people and the sweet version was no so wide. it is a boffet breakfast that feels more like in a macdonals. There was no welcome water in the room and the staff advised me to don't drink from the tap.

Friendly staff, convenient location for us. Breakfast was good. Bathrooms had actual doors and were quite large.

- No nightstand. Just a net to put your phone in. Not really sure why because it’s just so inconvenient. - no shampoo. Only a body wash/shampoo 2in1. Actual shampoo would be nice. - no safe or closet. For a hotel primarily used by business travelers not having any of that was a bit strange. At least a safe would be good. - we opted for no room cleaning, so we left our valuables out on the table. When we came back in the afternoon to our surprise someone came in and cleaned the room. Gave us a bit of a bad feeling.

Excellent choice for our stay in Dusseldorf. Outside the city centre but short walk to the tram and 10 mins into the city centre. Quadruple room we stayed in was well designed and seemed spacious and not cramped. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. We all slept well with no noise or disturbances. Breakfast was excellent with a buffet selection of cold and hot food. Would happily stay there again

Nothing really as it more than met our needs for a value for money 2 nights stay

Good breakfast, large selection of dishes. Beds were very large and comfortable. I was surprised by the amazing attitude to the pet, they brought us a couch, a bowl and some food for the dog. A/c. Nice interior, plenty of space.

There were few fruits and vegetables for breakfast. The cost of an animal's stay was 15 euros p/n. The cost of the garage was 20 euros p/n, but there was a free public parking nearby.
