The location is excellent especially if you want to attend an event in the arena. It literally removes the hustle to come and go back to city center with public transportation with that crowd. We left our room 19.30, concert started 19.42 but we were at our seats at 19.40 :) Breakfasts was included and it was pretty decent too.

Although it is understandable, the prices go way way up on event days due to high demand.

The staff were extremely friendly polite and helpful, nothing was two much trouble. The restaurant was excellent too, even for an extremely fussy eater. The Irish Chef was absolutely FIRST CLASS, he went out of his way to prepare food that he knew would meet the residents needs and took great pride in his work. His team was great too. I have stayed here a few times before and will most definitely be returning next year. 100% recommend.

Perfect location to get to the convention center by walking. The room was very comfortable and the ability to purchase snacks and wine was welcome!

I ate in the restaurant one evening and asked for a drink recommendation but only got a menu instead. Not a negative against the hotel but nice if the wait staff has tried things from the hotel to offer guests.

Location to the exhibition center is just perfect. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

It would be better if a la carte menu is available for dinner from the restaurant.

No tea or coffee, kettle or fridge in room. Crazy high price for such a basic room. I guess you're paying a premium for the proximity to the stadium and convention centre.

We stayed here for an AC/DC concert. The hotel is integrated into the stadium, so the location was perfect for us. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was great. Everything was clean and well-organised.

Room ventilation requires improvement as usually the AC is in ideal state and wakes up on touching the panel. No effect on lowering the temp to 16C, however air starts to flow raising to 25 C.

For sporting or entertainment events near the Messe/Exhibition or Merkur Spiel Arena, this is the best hotel to stay at. The hotel is part of the Merkur Spiel Arena complex and steps away from the local tram stop. Rooms were quite spacious, clean, quiet and perfect for short or extended stays. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Friendly staff as well.

It will be good if there is a heater at the smoking area during winter. Also have a change of breakfast everyday as we stayed for 4 nights. There is a self help coffee kiosk for late night purchase. The lady at the bar wasn't very friendly when I asked for coffee at 12am.

Located next to the fairgrounds and metro station - less than 100m walk. Easy access from airport - free bus service during fair events. Metro line goes to the main railway station via city centre. Clean room.👍

Price like 6 star hotel. A bit crowded during breakfast and dinner. But unfortunately it’s the case during Fair like Euroshop. ☹️
