Great location if you want to stay close to the airport or to the fairground. That's the main plus of this hotel. WiFi was working OK, breakfast is OK, but always the same - if you stay more than several days it can get boring. Reception stuff was super nice and helpful - that's much appreciated. But the room itself was very basic and rather overpriced for what it is in my opinion.

There is no mini-bar/fridge or kettle in the room - that's a pity. And I had issues getting hot water right - apparently they use electric water heater with some harsh regulator set-up so either you get no hot water or very hot water - it's tricky to get it to the acceptable temperature. I managed, but it was somewhat inconvenient.

Initial impressions on drawing up outside was that it looked a little run down dirty. However as soon as we entered reception we could tell it was clean and well kept. Friendly staff always available and helpful. Room in the annex was large, clean and comfortable. Did not realise breakfast was included in the price which was a welcome bonus. Typical German frühstück with a range of bread rolls, cold meats, cereals, eggs etc and very good coffee. Very good value. Close to the Ubahn which takes approx 15 minutes into the city centre for €3.4 single but better value tickets are available. Use the machine on the train to pay.

The hotel is close enough to the airport but the transportation is not very easy. It is also far from the center. The hotel should either have a lunch option or more products in the vending machine. We didn’t had enough time to go to a restaurant and ended up having some snacks that were not very healthy

We went to this hotel because is close to Merkur Spiel Arena football stadium and was very good choice, we went there for Euro Cup and it is only 20min walking to stadium and 5min from airport by Taxi. 2 restaurant close to hotel because hotel had only breakfast. Breakfast very good. There was everything what you need for the morning. Staffs on reception and in hotel pub very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean, bathroom very clean and television on the room too. Very good choice for that value.

The breakfast is great, the room was spacious, the staff were friendly, it's in walking distance of the Messe and the airport is a 10 minute cab ride away. There are even several nice restaurants close by.

The beds are a little small, even for my small frame, but I've stayed here multiple times before and so obviously it's not enough to put me off-

Perfect location for the Arena. Walking distance so could walk back after concert. Super clean, comfortable beds. Big super clean bathroom. Good breakfast, plenty choice- but not for coffee drinkers!

Not hotel's fault but we were there in a heatwave. No fans at all. Rooms should have fans. Coffee at breakfast was poor.

Staff - people at the registration deck, cleaners, restaurant workers at breakfast - very friendly and nice. Amazing location, not so far from Merkur-Spiel Arena, as well as from Dusseldorf airport. Calm cozy place to rest.

In my room door to the bathroom did not close - would be nice to fix that.

All the hotel's stuff were amazing, Cooperative, hurry to help you, specially who are in reception...all in all I highly recommended to stay in Air Hotel wurtberg.

The size of the room. Also, they haven't a computer connector. that's all.

The main Issue were the beds, it was so short , Another issue was the second building, long distance and No Elevator small menu for the breakfast , specially for Muslim People

Good hotel near Messe and Airport. During Prowein days the prices were triple or more but this is usual for all Dusseldorf hotels. Nice staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. If booked earlier with cheaper price, excellent place to stay for Prowein.

The rooms were very simple- no refregirator, no TV.
