When we arrived me and my family we got greeted nice there bus was broken to bring us to the airport but they gave us 15 euro for the taxi. We left our suitcases downstairs. They explained everything very well. The rooms where clean and comfortable bed slept good. You got an Aldi close by and restaurants to eat something. Parking was great and the airport is literally 8 min awayby taxi its like 21 euro to get there. They made sure they called a taxifor us we left really early i would recommend this place i would stay here again if i would fly from germany again

We came for the Invictus Games week and the location was ideal for the Merkur Spiel-Arena, a 5 mins bicycle ride away. Large clean rooms and good shower. Bus stop a 2 min walk and a Shell garage at end of the road. Good restaurants nearby and an Aldi & Drinks warehouse another short walk/drive away. The hosts also gave fellow residents transport between location and airport.

Breakfast was very good. THe owners were friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, well appointed and had very good lighting, different from othar hotels. The airport shuttle was convenient and ib time.

The outside appearance was not inviting, especially at night, but the inside was good.

Even though I was only there for 4 hours due to the ridiculous 9pm kick off times for the Euros, the owner stayed up untill 2am to let me in and within less than 2 mins I was in bed, I was then transfered free of charge to Dusseldorf Airport at 5:30 which took less than 10 mins Will definitely stay again!

The hosts were very friendly. We were also driven to the airport very early in the morning without any problems. Directly in the vicinity was a very nice German restaurant. I would definitely stay there again if I have another flight that early at DUS in the future. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They also provide Earplugs against the airplane noise.

The walls were very thin, so you could hear people on the corridor. And of course you could hear the planes (which is not really something the hotel can change though). The corridor smelled a bit like cigarettes.

Our request to get a shuttle at 4 in the morning was no problem, we got a private ride. The room was spacious. The house is an old family house, which made the whole hotel quite cozy. The airport was not even a 10 minute drive away.

When we got off the train, there were no busses bringing us close to the hotel, so we had to walk 15 minutes with our luggages.

It was on a walking distance from the Airport which was the purpose of our stay. It was clean, with good WiFi, the guy at the reception was super friendly and offered to call us a taxi even super early in the morning, the room was big enough, cozy, with everything you need for your stay. It was a delight being there!

The check-in service went really smoothly. I walked from the tram station which was only 10 minutes away. My room had nice things like a water bottle and some bathroom extras like cotton pads and q-tips which I appreciated.

The person I checked in with didn't speak English with me, which I didn't really mind because I speak some basic German.

Very close to the airport, can be reached directly by bus. The facilities are pretty good, sewing kits and makeup remover cotton are provided

It snowed on the day we checked in. There was insufficient heating in the room and it was a bit cold at night.
