The food is amazing, the calm that offers and the quietness!

I feel that is a bit over priced. The staff also is good but they can improve some stuff like the treat to the client. For example: I felt and hurt my ankle, the staff was kind but they didn’t offer any help. Instead, another customer came to the front desk and they gave him attention instead of offered me some help. Which btw the first help box didn’t have too much… Overall was really good and pleasant.

What a wonderful hotel. The room with its nature accents was so calming and peaceful. There are a lot of wellness activities on offer and lounges in the gardens to relax in nature. My room had a separate bedroom/bathroom space to the lounge/wardrobe/desk/maxi bar section. Room had new pine furniture and a big wine/mini bar fridge. The room also had a wellness basket filled with a bathrobe and towels. I recommend booking in for the dinner buffet at the on-site restaurant. I wish I stayed for more nights

The property also appears to do corporate events. 1 group of corporate guests did a discussion/team building exercise near my room. Not only could I hear them when trying to relax but it was also uncomfortable to go to wellness activities in the supplied bathrobe with them there

Really beautiful and green place. I loved the room. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. (Dinner charged extra) It has many and well situated spaces around or close to the internal pool, which can serve a big number of clients. This is not the case for the external pool, which we've found too crowded on a sunny w/e day, but there was still plenty of space for us to visit the internal pool. Last but not least, we'd like to extend a big thank you to the guy who've been in the reception of the dinner area on Sat 20/7. He's really kind and extremely professional!

A great and beautiful place. Very quiet and peaceful. A perfect spot to relax with excellent facilities, including a very fun heated indoor pool.

The staff barely knew English, and there was one thing that was a bit disappointing – we paid for three meals a day, but only at dinner drinks (even a glass of water) cost extra money. In the morning and afternoon, they didn’t. This slightly affected the experience. Aside from that, it’s a great place and highly recommended for a relaxing couple's getaway.

This was my second time in the hotel. I went there for the first time for work, and I just had to return for leisure. + The hotel is simply gorgeous and has a relaxing atomosphere + The therme are fantastic: not crowded (sometimes I was in the pool alone!), have a great selection of options (warm water pools, different saunas, massage), well-designed and quiet + Excellent food, both in quality and variety + Eerything is crafted to create the best tactile sensations: natural stone in the therme, soft towels and bathrobes, cozy rooms. The pillows and the bed sheets deverse a special mention - I had to note down the brand and buy them for myself. All in all, a fantastic experience. Will definitely come again.

Only minor things: for example, some food options are only available on the weekends. Also, when I arrived, the first room I was given had a rather unappealing view. But I asked the reception for a change and got a wonderful new room. It was smaller, but much cozier and had a beautiful garden view.

Ist just so beautiful! The weather was not on our favor, we couldn’t explore outside. But the wellness was fantastic, as well as the whirlpool in our bedroom.

I like almost everything. There was one employee at the reception at the end who wasn’t very friendly and was dismissive when I pointed a problem we had with the shower at 3:00.

Personnel was always positive, welcoming and accommodating. I was doing some work, and they allowed me to use their conference rooms for making a couple of confidential work calls. Fantastic space also for working by the outdoor pool.

Being an old building with thick walls, might be challenging to get good wifi signal in certain areas. While on one side I would have preferred working in my room, the lack of internet forced me in the lounge or other areas. And that turned into a positive thing..

Everything was excellent

There was no ventilation inside the bedroom itself but it went fine as at this period of the year we can open the window and the temperature outside was rather cool for summer. There is here a potential margin of improvement :)
