1) The taste of the breakfast coffee has room for improvement 2) Elevator stops only _between_ floors. No problem for us, but might be crucial for other travellers

The hotel was easy to find and keys were available after hours from a key box. Nice breakfast and large rooms. Good location for our 3 day visit to messe Essen (only 30 minutes by car) and good value.

The rooms are in need of a little maintenance but nothing that reduces the comfort of the rooms and everything was clean. The bed was extremely creaky but once you were in it very comfy to sleep in.

There was no any inscription which dors to use to find breakfast. We we're ringing on main entrance but no one opened the doors. Finally some person came outside and told us. Staf should be more polite.

Parking is for free and direktly in front of the hotel. All of the hotel staff were very friendly. I got a quiet room when asking for it. The bed was very comfortable. WiFi was quick and always available. The breakfast was great. Shops were located nearby.

I loved the room, very clean and very big; I also loved breakfast, it was abundant and the guy who takes care of the breakfast was very polite and nice. They make you feel like you are very important and they smile and are very available.
