location, especially having a dog.
a bit detached from the main hotel, but not bad at all. also the room size could be a bit bigger. it was hard to move around the small Sqm room.

Without breakfast onsite, a hotpot to make warm beverages would be a nice addition to the room.
I really liked that it was a family business in a great location. Close to good transit, the Neandertal Museum and a wildlife preserve, and grocery/quick meal options. Staff was friendly and i thought the restaurant was super! It is a great place close to the beautiful Bergisches Land.

It was close to the motorway, easy to find.. we arrived late evening and the staff were very helpful and happy to make our stay a pleasant one, we were hungry on arrival so they made sure we were still able to eat, the food was delicious. We ate in the gardens where there was a friendly atmosphere and a great time to relax after our 14 hour drive.! The room was cosy, a lovely soft bed and very clean and comfortable.! The bathroom we had was huge and also very clean.! We were only there 1 night but we were made to feel very welcome..Thankyou 😊

Staff was ok, WiFi is ok, bed was comfortable for me, and they provide parking places for guests, free of charge
To be honest from my point of view, the price for a room is high compared with what they offer. For example the water regulator in my room , nr 6, didn't work properly, shower head was dirty, not properly cleaned. The entire room was not properly cleaned in my opinion, carpet was dirty and burn in different places. I advise you to first see the room, and after pay for it
