The staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful in all aspects! My special diet was taken perfectly into consideration, I got to borrow an electric kettle in my room, and I was helped with valuable advice as there is no longer any tourist info office in town. All this with a smile and no sense of hurry. It was nice to talk with them. The room was tidy and peaceful, and the hotel is peaceful, no noise and buzz. I felt very welcome and had a nice stay!

There was a group of guests whom used the fire escape nightly for a party with crstes of beer which continued in their rooms which were both sides and opposite our.. this spoilt the evening rest. We did contact reception whom were very apologetic and did get them to quite down. Thankyou.

Location is really convenient. All the necessary shops are nearby (Rewe, dm, a nice bakery, a brewery, etc.) and there are some really nice restaurants in the walking distance. There is also a spa but I didn't test it. All the staff and the owners are really kind and friendly.

Parking is a bit expensive. There is a discount for hotel guests, but only for nights. You need to pay extra if you want your car to stay there during the day. So for long stays, it accumulates a bit.

Great place to stay, perfectly located near shops and restaurants, next to Rewe and DM. Parking in spacious Rewe parking garage: from 16:00 till 10:00 free of charge. Other hours: first hour €1,50 and next hours €1:00 per hour. Very good breakfast (surcharge). Fast WiFi. Good room and shower. Very friendly staff. Recommended.

The elevator was broken when we arrived and it took a bit till it was fixed. However, the staff was so friendly to help us with our luggage. Thank you!

Superb hotel for our use. Located ourselves in this place for the euros football. Cleaned every day, fresh towels, quiet at night, ideal location for food in town, train station into Dusseldorf hbf only a 20/25min journey.

The location is great and staff is very friendly. We checked in late, but were accomodated, the communication was crystal, and overall everyone we talked to was really helpful. The parking is in the basement and free at night till 10am.

nit picking here, but the locks are old style key based, and you ought to remember to take it with you.

We spent just one night, but we were satisfied. Location near by city centre, 5 min walk to train station to Dusseldorf ( just 20 minut), 5 min to shopping centre. Breakfast really good. Staff helpfull and kind. Quick reaction to email communication

Breakfast was a very good German breakfast buffet and the coffee was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To me, the location was absolutely the best, as it was right where I needed to be.

It takes a bit for Americans to adjust to German door locks and German showers.
