Solid stay for 1 night

It wasn’t easy accessible and after ringing the bell for a long time no one came, so i waited outside for about 20 minutes before i was helped

It was clean and very spacious. The WiFi worked well. The shower was good.

It's in the middle of nowhere next to an electric car charging place where trucks seem to park for the night. And yet you have to pay to park over night, after having already paid more than it should be for the room. The curtains are thin so if you're sensitive to the light you'll be up very early in the spring. There weren't many guests but we could hear them from somewhere. A very quickly built building, painted a terrible green and with bare and clinical rooms.

The hotel is on an industrial estate, you have to pay for parking (even there is plenty) and it looks nothing like the images on Booking.com There is no restaurant or any other facilities. The beds were comfortable, shower was good and rooms were clean. If this is what you looking for its good value. But don't let website thinks its more than it is!!

The location.

Room too warm, even with window open. The 5am wake up call from the chickens. No tea or coffee facilities in room. The surprise €7 car park charge.

The room was clean and the breakfast was okay albeit too expensive for the choices (bread rolls, small selection of cold cuts, eggs and yoghurt). The bed was okay but very small.

The lobby smelled badly, the staff was just as friendly as they needed to be and not seen after my check-in. The worst is the location though. It's close to the highway but there's nothing in walking distance to buy some water or something (closest gas station is a 25 minute walk away and closes at 10 pm). With no staff that can be asked your in the middle of nowhere and screwed if you want some water or something to eat.

The only thing I liked was the mattress and pillow

They did not check me in correctly and the hotel called me after I came back to UK telling me that I didn't pay. Then, I had to transfer the hotel fee to their account. This hotel is an isolated area where there are no reliable public transport and no shops and restaurants. Room was cold and there was no visible heater or radiator in the room. There was a thermostat by the door and when I turned to 30-degree Celsius, nothing changed. I complained about it in the morning, and they told me that they will turn on my heater during the day. When I came back in the evening, the room was cold, I complained again and the lady who was at the reception said the temperature is not bad this time and there is no need to turn on a heater!! I was shocked to hear that, in November and in Germany!! Now, I realised they were doing it deliberately and didn’t care about their guests. I had one more night to stay, I stopped complaining about it. Hotel furniture is in a very bad state and needs replacement. The room has a tiled floor which made it colder, with no rugs, not even one. Breakfast was poor and there were no pastries, no fruit, and no choice of bread and drink.
