Cost-benefit was great. Location was very convenient since we were exploring the German Xmas markets. Room was spacious. We had dinner one night and the food was great and well-served; friendly staff.

Reception is not always attentive. We rang the bell twice and had to go to the restaurant to get some attention. Some rooms can be quite noisy in the evening; sidn’t disturb my sleep though!

Room was small, but not cramped, very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that the food is really good here. The owner works his butt off and you can tell. He works reception, kitchen and sometimes housekeeping. Very impressive that he is still so friendly and welcoming. Again i have to go back to the food; this place is really a hidden gem. 10/10 would recommend.

The owner answer my call quickly and answer every question I had about the checkin (easy if you know the instructions) And the restaurant is amazing! I had the best dinner and the price was better than places in the center with good food quality and service

The breakfast was not included and hoped the buffet would be with more variety

Even though the owner was really unfriendly the cleaning lady tried to be nice and so was the guy who served breakfast.

The breakfast was too early; if you are on vacation you want at least have breakfast until 9.30am and able to sit until 10am. The owner was incredibly rude when we first arrived. Did not experienced this ever before. Cleaning lady opened our door at 8.30am without knocking (even though we told the evening before, we wanted to sleep in). Nightstand lamp was broken and there were no towels at all, when we arrived. There is no elevator. You need to close the windows at night, since the building is next to a highway.
