The location was in central downtown and very convenient.

The only down-side was that it was located right on the main through road. When the window was closed, it was quiet enough, but it was too noisy when I opened the window. Another slight down-side was the parking. Once I had checked in, everything was good and I could access convenient parking, but it was difficult to access a temporary car park during check in and before I had been told how and where I could park the car for a longer-term stay.

I like the hotel as it is centrally located. Coming there for decades, for business and private reasons.

Pricing for pets went up significantly from 10 to 20 Euros per night. I realize a pet requires a surcharge but 20 Euros per night when staying for a couple of days without using the daily cleaning option is a bit over the top. Also parking increased to 12 Euros a night, which is a significant increase but still a reasonable price.

Excellent location, just in two steps from the city centre. Also it was very easy to get to from the Hilden railway station - 10 min walk. Room was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice bathroom. TV has a few english language channels. Room was facing court yard and it was very quiet.

Window didn't open fully and therefore without aircon it made room absolutely hot. Had to run table fan continuously all nigh, it helps a bit but was noisy. There wasn't kettle in the room, only bar with expensive drinks. Breakfast was OK but needed to go there earlier to get a variety because the kitchen staff wasn't in hurry to do a refill.

Fabulous breakfast, nice restaurant, convenient parking, close to the old town and restaurants, spacious room, friendly staff. Grab your beer and enjoy the putting green! Good for cyclists.

Parking was a little expensive.

LIMITED MENU WITH NO FLEXIBILTY ON ACCOMPANMENT TO THE MAIN DISHES OTHER THAN THAT OFFERED ON THE MENU. FOR EXAMPLE WE WANTED RICE / NOODLES INSTEAD OF POTATOES BUT THIS COULDN'T BE DONE. WE WERE ACCOMPANIED BY MY 94 YEAR OLD AUNTY WHO IS GERMAN AND WANTED RICE/NOODLES WITH HER SCHNITZEL BECAUSE OF CHEWING DIFFICULTIES BUT THIS WOULD NOT BE DONE. ALSO WARM POTATOES SHOULD ACCOMPANY THE WIENER SCHNITZEL VON SCHWEIN NOT COLD POTATOE SALAD.

Room had tea and coffee making facilities in room

Had booked a double bed in double standard room although I was alone but first room allocated had a single bed but the room was changed immediately. Mini bar did not work

Staff spoke English. Requests were met

Not being able to control the temperature in our room ourselves, but when we explained it was too hot the temperature was turned down

Personel is very Nice at the reception, The rooms are Nice, comfortable, and quiet, Good WiFi, TV in every room, You can make a coffe or tea in the room, very close to the middle of the city, I recommend!💪

Location was perfect for me with business in Hilden. Breakfast was very comprehensive with a lot of choice.

Whilst I appreciate I was in Germany and German television will be in German - There was only a news channel in my language so entertainment in room was a little short in supply.

The location of the hotel is perfect, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming!
