Staff make the place but it was a great boutique hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet and very comfortable room. I paid extra for air conditioning and used it intermittently but pleased to have it. The on site restaurant is separately owned and also has fabulous food. I wish this was a place I could come back to. Oh, if you opt out of housekeeping they leave you a gift. A yummy apple and chocolate. Nice. It has a pool, a pleasant courtyard and other extras that I didn't use. I did use the laundry service and it was back the same day.

There wasn't anything I didn't like except the ubers dont stop outside but 10m up the street. Strange.

Breakfast was exceptional with a very large variety and excellent taste!

Nothing could have been better. The only thing I can think of personally and specifically for me because each person has a different preference is I love to swim but the pool water was a bit cold for my own personal preference. Others may love it so it’s NOT a complaint!!!!

Simple, big rooms, not too overfilled.

I saw the lift after I carried my stroller up the stairs. I was hard to spot and I thought there isn’t one. Please lead with that if you give an upper room to someone with a stroller.

Staff is wonderful and facilities are excellent. Love the breakfast and park nearby!

It was unusually hot during our stay and I wished there had been a fan or some way of cooling the room as it was very hot at night but I think this was an unusual circumstance.

Hospitality

When we drive on holiday we always search for hotels in small towns since we find it more relaxed when we only have one day. We arrived late afternoon and jumped right into the pool (we have kids), which is a very nice pool. Everyone it very friendly at the hotel. Everything was very clean - also the pool area. It takes five minutes to walk to the town. Shops was closed when we came, but it seems like a very nice small town with nice restaurants. There is also a restaurant at the hotel. It is easy to park the car right under the hotel in a parking garage and the breakfast was very nice - had something for kids and adults.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent quality. The room was clean and the bed very comfy.

Everything. I even lost my driver's licence at the hotel and they found it and mailed it to me. Excellent staff, breakfast and rooms.
