Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The location was good and close to transport connections and shops

Our allocated room had not been cleaned when we arrived and had to be allocate another room. The staff quickly moved us to an alternative room once they had observed the original room for themselves

good location in Gerresheim though away from city but walkable to office i had to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful which was a big plus point.

facilities could be better. Lift need maintenenance. normally tea coffee and hot water kettle are common in hotels nowadays so they should consider to include these.

It was clean, spacious and had its own door so no need to go through the hotel.

The door was very loud when opening and closing but this was minor detail.

Did not like the smoking table located outside of room 1. Smokers could be there into late evening when we were trying to sleep. Smokers table needs to be moved

Decent hotel, very clean! Rooms were really nice as well, comfortable beds.

Location was far from everything. There was no kettle in the room.

Reasonable price, especially to mean time of boat-show, good location, easy to get center, guiet place, excellent friendly personal explained everything, clean, I hardly to remember what was bad)) Thanks a lot, next time also go there, strongly recommended!

Everyone had their own bed.

Parking was a little weird. Glad I reverse parked because I wouldn’t have been able to get out of the little parking area.

I like the quick response from clients assistance when you arrive late for check in.

The use of a key instead of cards and the lights in the room which I found not so bright.

Lovely people that work there , its extremely clean and if you arrive by personal car , make sure to call ahead and reserve a parking space for 8 Euros , space is limited and reserving one will assure you having access. Also , the subway that starts as an above ground trolly around the corner and takes you straight to Koenigs Allee stops a few feet away from hotel , and ALL-DAY passes can be purchased for 3 Euros at check-in.

very quiet and warm. Basic, but for the price it did that very well. can’t really complain about anything. I’d use this hotel again.

no bar or breakfast, but I knew this on booking so hardly an issue.
