Nice ambiance. Garden and swimming pool great on a hot day. Secure cycle storage to which you the guest have access without needing to involve the staff is a plus. And unusually for Germany a kettle and cups in the room.

Breakfast a bit expensive for what you get when compared to the other hotels we stayed in. A minor point but the bedroom windows could do with cleaning, particularly the velux windows.

Stayed in a newer section across the driveway and loved the larger room than we've had on previous trips. Large bathroom, desk area, and nice to have a fan to use in the room! Service was also good and felt quite comfortable. Appreciate such a good place to stay over the years, with access to the Rhur and local amenities, and excellent value for money. Thanks so much!

Two beautiful historic buildings renovated into one hotel. The hotel is quite small and therefore cozy, combining tradition and luxury in furnishing and overall approach. One can notice a slight musty smell in the corridor reminding the age of the building, while the room is perfectly clean, light and fresh. Tasty breakfast in winter garden is a good start of the day. The hotel is near the city center however common city noise (cars and trams), neighbours' footsteps and showering are in acceptable level.

No electric socket near the desk - I could not connect the laptop. But the staff provided me with an extension cord and the problem was solved :)

We liked very much the hotel and staying

The room had stairs to the upper bedroom but no protections to block access to the stairs. With small kids, it can be dangerous and it require constant attention to prevent accidents

The property is across the road from a clinic I was attending, so extremely convenient. It is close to transport links and a short walk to the town centre. All the staff were helpful, warm and professional. The apartment wasn’t in the main building- it was just beside in an adjoining block- v secure, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with microwave, fridge etc and the garden is a delight. Breakfast was delicious and fresh with plenty of choice and the breakfast room was calm and well appointed, overlooking the garden. It was exceptionally good value for the standard.

The apartment was a little hot the first night and the fan provided didn’t work very well. it was too noisy outside to leave the windows open. However, to be fair, there was a heatwave across Europe at the time. The second night was much more comfortable.

Breakfast was Ok, not great, not terrible. There was no electric kettle in the Room but the staff provided one on demand.

During our stay the temperature was quite high. We left the balcony open for the night but the noise from the street was loud. €3.5 for a coffee from a coffee Machine at the hotel bar is a bit too much in my opinion.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Mullheim, it is very close just a few min walk to Stadmitte station. The staff is very friendly, and helpful, check in and out super easy to do. Room was clean, spacious, bed exellent for a good night sleep and the bathroom very spacious too. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide range of foods available. Thank you for the warm welcome and for such a pleasant stay.

Great location, Beautiful Hotel, so clean and so quiet. Feel like no one was there, just us. Comfy bed and sleep. So enjoyed! Thank you for having nice time!

The hotel a short walk from the centre was a perfect base for us to watch the Euro 2024 games. Good breakfast, clean rooms
