I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kölner Hof, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness. The space was well-maintained, and it was evident that the housekeeping staff takes pride in their work.😅 The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The sheets were crisp and fresh, which made curling up at the end of the day a real treat. Additionally, the towels were also clean and fluffy, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

My room was visibly recently renovated, the bed was clean and the smell was absolutely neutral, which I love. The location was absolutely perfect, as I needed to grab the bus in the town center, and it was barely a 5 minute walk through the cobbled streets.

The bathroom is very traditionally german, and could use a slight visual makeover, but everything worked out just perfectly. A small bar of soap would be ideal, as it only had shampoo. Towels were provided and clean.

Good response times to questions asked about accommodation. Although there was nobody on site on our arrival, we had no difficulty getting access to the key box after phoning the number on the door. Very pleasant interaction with staff. Our room/apartment was basic but clean and comfortable and perfectly acceptable given the price.

in the middle of altstadt, very nice location. to find a parking spot was a bit hard. Nearby pubs and restaurant.

Ok for basic above pub room, clean, and bed comfy was main thing. You enter with a big old key, that you also use to open your room door, I have no iidea if it opens all rooms or not It's basically just a plain room., with a small very basic bathroom , the light didn't work in bathroom but I never bothered to complain about it It really depends if you know how this style of accommodation goes, I didn't .

It's very hard to contact anyone. As a person travelling internationally I wouldn't recommend it as I sat waiting past the check in time outside , with no response via the number on door or booking.com. Maybe it's a place that if you speak fluent German and speak on the phone prior to arrival it goes better . Aot of the problem may have occured from.i had only booked the day before an do one knew I was coming , I don't know
