Location was great. Staff was good too. Binita Adhikari was very supportive and helped a lot with guiding for transport.

They can serve more vegetarian vegan options for breakfast and it can be included in the hotel stay.

The staff was absolutely fabulous. Each day at breakfast they provided us with everything needed and kept the buffet nice and fresh. At one point they knew what we liked to drink and could bring it over without even really asking! They were interested in us and always ready to help. This really made our stay very pleasant. Rooms are quite big, loads of closet space, tidy and well kept bathrooms. It was the ideal place to visit the Messe in Essen as it is just a short drive. Supermarket is very nearby and parking was easy, either in the street or in front of the hotel.

The personel remembered your name and you could see their pride in the hotel and their work. Breakfast was excellent en in comparision cheap. There was a wide selection of meats/cheeses and fruits to choose from and ofcourse the bread was fresh and delicious. Everyday my room was cleaned and quickly sorted. I stayed to go to the Messe Essen everyday, so everything was there. 11/10, Will book again.

The stand by lamp of the TV's do make a fine nightlamp in the dark. Nothing a quick unplug can't fix, but it can be something to be aware of.

Very nice people make all the difference! Personal and friendly approach really contributed to this very positive experience. Maya , the lady serving the breakfast is the most efficient host I have seen throughout my 40 + years of frequent business travel history!

Very clean and cosy place, we stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms, areas were great, evertyhing in good shape and most important, everything was very clean! Good value for money!

if l ever go back to Mulheim an der Ruhr l ll definetly book again with Obbspring Hotel,the hotel room was specious and the bathroom was so clean.

Friendly staff. Arriving very late was no problem as we telephoned in advance and they were very helpful and informative. Very clean and comfortable room. Sadly we did not have time for breakfast as we had to travel further but the breakfast room looked very cozy and inviting and the food looked good.

We stayed here as a one night stop over on a journey via the Calais tunnel to Dresden. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, plenty of parking on the street, supermarket around the corner, excellent breakfast and good value

It fitted our needs perfectly.

Just spent 4 weeks travelling around Europe, This was the best value for money hotel.

It's a little bit out of town, but not too far.
