The room was clean , the reception and staff were kind and welcoming, location was perfect (close to Dusseldurf HBF) and to uptown for only few min with metro or other public transport . I really liked the cleanliness of the bathroom at the first!

Tv's remote controller wasn't working , it could be great if they had a tiny fridge at least for keeping drinks cold. Price was a bit higher than the value.

The place was fantastic for its price. Location was fantastic, with a nearby S Bahn, U Bahn and Straßenbahn station, one stop away from the main station. Decor was cute and the bed was comfy. Staff were responsive and accommodating. All essentials were provided as needed.

The base of the walls were a bit decrepit. The bathroom didn’t have a fan and water spilled out whenever I showered. One of the main lights stopped working. No power point near the bed.

First off, it was really easy to find from the Hauptbahnhof and not too far by transit. Then, when I had to get to the airport the next morning, I could do so by hopping on a train that has a station right next to the hotel. Very convenient! The lady at the front desk was really friendly and gave me all the information I needed. Then I got to the room and it was beautiful! And there was a little pack of gummy bears waiting for me! The shower was great; maybe the best shower I've had in 3 months in Germany! Amazing water pressure, enough room to wash without bumping my elbows on the walls. I also liked that there were blackout blinds on the windows. All in all, it was exactly what I needed for that night.

Because the hotel is right next to a train station, I did hear trains going past throughout the night, so that wasn't the best.

Good hotel. The bed linen and towels are perfectly clean. There was water, earplugs, and candies in the room. On the first floor, free coffee and tea are available at any time. The beds are very squeaky but very comfortable. The location is good. Overall, an excellent hotel for the price.

Excellent staff very friendly. Location was great, next to the train, tram, metro, bus. Room was very neat n clean. All important places accessible in minutes.

The curtains at the window were of no use and window blind was not working. Room needs an electric kettle with coffee and teas bags etc.

The bathroom was generously large - it makes a change to be able move around without banging your arms and legs on the fittings. Also the room had a big desk - useful if you have work to do. Hotel is just two minutes by tram from Central Rail Station.

The room I got is small, but has everything you need and compared with other prices around the city it is of really good quality. It's like 2 or 3 minutes away from a U-bahn and S-bahn station so you can move quickly. Enjoyed my stay here and the staff was nice and always helped if I had questions.

The location was walking distance to everything I wanted to visit/explore for my 2 days stay. Facilities were great. Excelent choice for myself!

I do not appreciate the windows which needs to be fixed - do not close very well and the area is noisy. Ear plugs are a must if you are a light sleeper. For the second night stay I did not receive new water bottle, however I did receive a delicious coffee when checking out.

Very good location, 2-3 minutes walk from Wehrhahn S-Bahnhof (fast connection to HBF and Airport). You can also find bus-stops and Ubahn station nearby. I rented the cheapest category room, it was clean, pretty spacious and even has a luggage shelf (in the big closet), welcome drink - water, and candy. What supprised me was the hotel staff - there were super friendly and supportive. The receptionist let me checked in before regular check in time after knowing that I had barely slept the night before (in another hotel). The breakfast was pretty decent.

As there is only Hot-spot WIfi offered, the connection was unstable. If you are sensitive to car and trian noises, I suggest that you get some earplus - or closing the windows (much better after closing the windows).

The room was big enough, clean and the hotel is well located next to a S-Bahn station, Tram station, and Bus station. For the money you pay, I guess what you receive is quite fair. Next to the reception there is a wending machine from where you can purchase drinks and snacks.

Wi-fi connection has to be improved, the internet connection was not the best.
