Breakfast!

3rd floor without elevator, room is not in the Hotel but in a building across the street, meaning you have to go to the breakfast over the street so more like airbnb than a hotel. S

We had a room in the Apartments that had a king sized bed, which was very clean and the accommodating. The staff was excellent and very attentive to us when we go in early. This was a very positive experience for us.

There was no elevator in either building, and we were in town for a week for a conference and had very large luggage. While we were on the 1st floor, my colleague was on the 3rd floor and had to carry his bags up and down 3 flights of stairs. In our case, the shower was a bit small for me, but was ok for me wife.

Breakfast!! The selection of food is amazing, though coffee machine would be great to have! Interiors! I'd love to check each room, it's something extra! Mine was luxurious. Bed and pillows let me sleep like a baby. Really nice ladies at the reception and at the breakfast area. Clean washroom. It's super clean!

My room was at another building, so no pijama breakfast. I couldn't connect to WiFi it was always in a need of some identification that didn't work. Kettle and cups would be great to have in a room.

Asked for low floor and were allocated a small self contained flat with four single en-suite rooms. Brilliant. Breakfast was fresh , great choice of hot and cold dishes and went on till 10.30. Staff extremely helpful. Room cleaned daily.

Nothing really. A gem of a find.

Room was great and even had a small kichenette, we were in the annex, not the main building. Breakfast was very good too and staff were friendly and helpful. It was hot so A/C would have been great but I got a fan in reception

Perfec and clean room with very good breakfast. Good location close to the center by foot. Also very kind working team especially the receptionist. 10/10

I really enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are beautifully designed and the breakfast was excellent. Best of all was the friendliness of the staff - thanks S’ - really enjoyed the visit!

The bedrooms were big and really stylish, the breakfast selection was superb, we are vegetarians and the choice was probably the best we have ever had in Germany.

Breakfast was really a joy for the senses. Compact but very complete. Also the laid back but servicelike attitude from the staff was nice. Good location for the Japanese quarter.

The room was ok, but there's no door between bathroom and the sleeping part. So no privacy when going to the toilet. Also so no coffee or tea or a fridge or anything of the kind.

Reception lady was warm and made me feel welcome! She offered good local advice about coffee shops and where to go for dinner. Room was all needed simple, clean and fair price.

Lot of steps to the room but glad stayed on third floor.
