Very nice hotel with very good price in the center of Dusseldorf. Rooms are comfortable with necessary facilities. Staff is very friendly. Upon arrival they gave me a bottle of water and a plate of fruits and also informed me about coffee maschine downstairs. My overall impression: if I come to Dusseldorf next time, I will probably choose this hotel:)

As I said, staff is very friendly and helpful. But the Hotel has quite strong checking rules. Every time when I was coming back to hotel, they were asking who I am and if I really live in that hotel😂 Checking my name, copy of my ID in their folder. But I would not consider it as negative thing, since the hotel is also concerned about the safety.

Very kind and helpful receptionist with a smile who gave nice suggestions about the city and was ready to help when i need something. The room was also quite good, clean and suitable for short stay. There is kettle in tge room that i love which most 3 star hotels do not have. The area is central easy to access central station and the old city.

That would be good if they replace the old bed sheets witl the newer ones even if it is clean it seem old and slight torn-out. Other that that everything fine.

Spacious room. A little small bathroom but I didn't mind. If you want a nice clean room in the middle of the city this is for you. I came to see the city so I just needed a nice room to sleep without fancy stuff. More pluses was that the room was quite warm and also had a small fridge which was really convenient. Lastly, it is near the center, the park and the old Town is 20 min by foot. I walk a lot so i didn't have to to take a bus or train. Karam was really kind and helpful and that is another positive thing for our stay.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the pillows were quite enormous and large bit this my personal preference.

The hotel was as we expected, the host was polite and very helpful during check-in and our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our short stay. The bathroom was clean and facilities worked well. The location was easy to walk to from Dusseldorf train station. The hotel has an elevator to reach upper floors. The host was also very helpful on check-out, letting us use luggage storage until it was time for our onward journey later that day.

The property didn't respond to messages sent via booking.com prior to our arrival. There is a tram line outside of the building and these can be heard clearly when the trams go by.

when we arrived feel welcome by the first staff . but when the second staff arrived ( i think he is Turkish) he is quite annoying. when we come back to our hotel and enter the building with our card he asked us if we check in already ( so we just answered: ofcourse we check in because we have the key card already.) Sunday morning I asked him what time is the check out? he said to me at 10am while in the website said at 11 am. but i am dont bothered with that as long as i can do check out at 12 . that morning when my friend ( who also registered stay in that hotel ) enter the hotel he start making arguments with him, untill I dragged him out to avoid the argument and leave the hotel exactly at 11 am. i don’t even want to hesitate yo stay till 12 after that scene.

Good to reach, close to my work, clean. Seems quite silent area as my room was to a backyard. All was perfectly tidy and clean in the room.

The bathroom looks a bit funny due to the historical architecture with stairs, but nothing wild to complain. It's clean & good equipped.

I highly recommend this hotel ,everything was perfect The hotel has a very centric location the room was very clean Staff is also very good thanks especially to Karam who is very helpful thanks so much for all the Paris hotel staff

Everything is more than perfect

Hotel staff is very nice and friendly; Room was clean; It had Tea Pot and fridge which is very nice and important.

Would like to have more towels; Was a bit noisy from window (but that was also fine, because the main road is right below ).

The staff and cleanliness of the room.

The appearance of the building. It looks very old and worn-out. Even the name of the hotel misses the letter “O” outside of the building. Inside the room there is no A/C and the bathroom has old tiles (but clean).

Great place to stay for relatively cheap price. Cozy room with a fridge. Bathroom facilities were extraordinary. Good location close to the railway station. Staff were friendly. 10/10.
