Receptionist didn't speak English.

The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. It is very close to supermarkets/restaurants, the shopping area, and the metro and train stations. There was a kettle in the room, a mug, a spoon and tea and sugar, which was also excellent. The room was in general clean.

The bathroom was clean but I believe needs a makeover. Like for instance shower glass doors instead of not very clean shower curtain. I was bothered that there was no phone and if I needed anything I had to go down to the reception. This is crucial especially in case of Emergency. Also, the room was supposed to have a mini bar but there was not any. The lady at the reception told me she could change my room to provide me with a room that has a mini bar, but that was inconvenient as I had already unpacked but the question is if there was already a vacant room with a mini bar, why wasn't I offered it from the first place. A small rug would also make the room less cold and more cozy.

Hotel location is quite OK closer enough to city center. Room is OK balanced to its room charge quite reasonable. Breakfast no idea since I did not take.

With no air conditioning, but it was not so hot in these days I stayed fortunately. If hot particularly in summer period, I won't stay this hotel.

The bathroom is quite old, but with enough space . One bed creaked.

The hotel staff were friendly! The room size was perfect and the location was amazing. No issues whatsoever with the hotel or anything at all. We arrived on New Years Eve and the staff showed us around and gave us all the best places to visit. Parking was not an issue either althought it is first come first served. The distance from neighbouring cities was great, we travelled to Cologne, Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Belgium whilst staying in Dusselfdorf as the hotel was in the centre and all the countries were 2 hours away! Will definitely visit again!

Excellent location, located in the city center close to restaurants and shops and a bus and train station. There is no air conditioner in the room, there is only heating, the bed is not comfortable, the room is clean and spacious, the staff are good and nice

A fridge in the room would be great.

The location is impeccable. 24/7 availability from reception staff comes in handy. All receptionists were welcoming and attentive at all times.

The room key failed to function 2 out of 5 times. The room could use a renovation.

The hotel was in a great location in the centre of Düsseldorf, the staff were friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Nothing really to put here as it was a good stay. The TV was not tuned and we could not get it to work is the only negative.

Staff were very freindly and helpful. It was nice and peaceful. Breakfast was really nice. Location excellent and parking a must have good point.

It would have been nice to have aircon in my room. It would be good to be able to book the parking in advance to ensure this is a definate.
