Phenomenal. This place exceeded my expectations. 1. Apartment: The apartment was spacious with a modern design, a very comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and included a bidet sprayer (much appreciated) which is rarely found in European hotels. 2. Parking: The parking is conveniently accessible by car-elevator. It's 20 euros per night - which is understandable given the hotel's prime location. 3. Location: Perfect location. Walking distance from many restaurants and shopping districts. I didn't need my car while in Dusseldorf. BONUS: Hospitality - I loved that the lobby had free Arabic coffee, dates, chocolate, apple, and water as a form of hospitality for guests. I commend the owner for this lovely gesture.

The staff are amazing and exceptionally welcoming. The location is sincredible with the Christmas markets, department stores and supermarkets only a few minutes away. I enjoyed my daily walks around the neighbourhood, through the Japanese quarter and the Altstadt. The rooms are equipped with cooking utensils if I prefer to make a bite to eat instead of eating out. I loved taking a little break after a splendid walk back in my apartment, putting the kettle on and savouring a lovely cup of tea before heading out again. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book these serviced apartments again. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay so marvellous and memorable. I am so grateful for your taking care of me.

Our stay has been amazing due to the very welcoming and friendly staff, the location was perfect as it was directly next door to the city center. Everything was nearby, restaurants, shops, supermarket you name it. The appartement (and overall) was decorated luxurious, very clean and all the equipment was there to make our stay feel like we where at home. We ended extending our stay for three additional nights because we liked it so much. Breakfast was quite expensive but definitely worth its value serving middle eastern food options. Would highly recommend and revisit this place in the future.

Overal nothing! Everything is perfect. But since the complex is near the city center there are some overall city noises, it didn't bother us at all.

Location! Within walking distant to/from Dusseldorf hbf and also to/from old town. The unit and bathroom were big warm and clean. Bed was big enough, clean and comfy. Kitchen is also complete. Couch was nice and comfy. Plenty of storage, suitable for long term stay.

No Tea bags, cream and sugar, you have to request for them. Its a suite, but it doesnt feel like you are booking a suite. Coffee machine was broken. But they fixed this immediately though. No room slippers. One of the remote control for the TV in the bedroom is not working. We found out that the batteries are dead. The unit was located next to the tram line, and it "woke" you up early in the morning. But again, it is located

Our stay was very good. The employees were very kind and helpful. The location is perfect. The appartment was big and very comfortable. We also received a bottle of water which was very kind.

It’s a bit expensive. We expected something extra for that price like something extra to drink in the fridge and tea. There were only some cups for coffee but no tea and honey or something. Also our room was not cleaned during our stay and we had to ask for new towels in stead of it was given to us by themselfes.

I stayed at Forty Three Serviced Apartment and had a really great experience. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and everything I needed was handled quickly. The manager especially was very professional and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell they really care about the guests. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable — exactly what I was looking for. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the whole place just has a calm, welcoming vibe. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone!

We enjoyed the comfortable rooms, and liked very much to cook in the kitchen. The working desk and the table for 4 people was very convenient. Parking under the building was easy, and the central location very suitable for our work. Our cleaner was exceptional in attention and thoughtfulness. Loved opening the doors to the outside for fresh air.

It would be helpful if the kitchen was better equipped. Sharp knives, small and large were missing. Also a garlic press, grater, can opener, large serving spoons, water glasses, enough for 4 people. We would have been pleased to use ice block trays had they been available.

Top service-minded and friendly people, complaints were addressed immediately (noise). The owner was generous and gave us a free breakfast on the house our first night. Their international breakfast was amazing, it had a lot to choose from and they also had gluten-free and lactose-free options. We stayed in a studio apartment with a balcony, and while it was small it was neat and had everything we needed and was very clean. We liked it so much that we booked it again over the weekend. The location was very convenient, and safe, only a 10min walk to the central station and all transportation was within a 5min walk. Definitely a place to return to!

This is more bad luck (for light sleepers) - Saturday evening, someone rented an apartment to throw a birthday bash so it was quite noisy till around 1 am with people on the balcony next to ours, loud party music, and guests coming in/out of the apartment. I was not able to go to bed at 10 pm as I was super exhausted after a long night at the ER earlier and was woken up frequently because of that. It's a shame that guests like this person made a perfect stay less enjoyable.

The staff is very friendly and are real professionals! The decor is has a nice ambiance, modern but makes you feel at home. In the lobby there are complementary treats all day long which makes you even feel more welcome. The room is spacious and has all the facilities you need or think of and the beds are perfect, we slept like baby's ;-). Good size bathroom with enough space to put all your things and the shower is great! We loved the balcony, nice to be able to sit outside a bit. The rooms and the main area's are super clean and everything looked shiny :). Good size tv in the room and enough sockets to charge whatever device you want and WIFI is good. You can see they build/remodeled this hotel according to the needs of modern travelers. Very nice that they have their own parking area below the hotel. The locations is also good, very close to the main shopping street and the old town and as a bonus close to little Tokyo! Breakfast is also very good, lot's to choose from and the chef can prepare your eggs just the way you like them. A very professionally run hotel with a wonderful staff that makes your stay even better!
