Spacious unit, bright, quiet, and convenient to shopping district and Little Japan area. Ozzy, the manager of the hotel is very helpful to change the door code upon our request for security concern. He also kindly arranged taxi for us for our departure.

Not directly related but the arranged taxi might have overcharged us as we paid euro 50 instead of an estimated ceiling of euro 40 for a drive under 20 minutes all together - apartment to central train station - airport.

The property was great, location is perfect and it was clean. I highly recommend it for future visit. The only issue is that they didn’t allow us for late check out even for 5 minutes. We have to check out at 12PM Exactly.

Very spacious (penthouse) apartment. Super friendly and helpfull staffs and impeccably clean! Check in and check put was very smooth and easy. Nice quite street and very close to shopping center, a walking distance to some attraction and nice restaurants. Rooms was superb, bigger than expected with good matrasses and pillows. You'll get a very good value for your money choosing this apartment!

No coffe pods/tea available. But there's a very nice coffe shop next to the building, so problem solved 😊

- No AC - checkin from the Hotel which far 5 minutes by car.

We had to collect the keys from a different location/hotel reception but staff was very friendly and it was a breeze to get going (many thanks Halil!). Great location, at the heart of old town next to a shopping street with lots of shops.Short walk to infamous Konigs Allee shopping boulevard and also not far from the river/promenade. Lots of restaurants and bakeries serving great German goodies. Huge bathroom and an ensuite to one of the bedrooms, great lounge with a big dining table and TV along with an open plan kitchen with fridge, hob, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher, great place if you like us don't like eating out three times a day.

Ensuite bathroom did not have a mirror and lift broke on our last day but company offered help to carry suitcases though we did not take up on the offer as we needed to leave early. Two dishwasher tablets are provided which was a nice touch but a couple complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine would also have been nice at arrival but there's Aldi and Rossman nearby where you can get reasonably priced coffee pods.

This was a beautiful apartment close to the main shopping streets and only a short walk from many sights. It was clean and comfortable. One minor gripe was that no complimentary tea or coffee had been provided which would have avoided the instant need to seek out a supermarket on arrival. Splitting hairs though - it was a great space!

First thing, the check in was so smooth. The staff are all very cooperative and friendly... The apartment is wonderful and has everything may be needed. The location can't be any better, it is minutes away from every thing...Just in the CENTER... it is definitely the best place I went to and for sure I will go again... I highly recommend for families...

The location is right in the middle of the city centre, next to one of the most important shopping streets, very close to public transport and parking garage is nearby. The appartment is very modern. Very nice shower. Plenty of space for a family of 4.

The entrance code needs to be picked up at a nearby hotel. It was a smooth process though and it is possible to park in front of the hotel.

Very central location but wonderfully quiet luxe apartment. Super comfy beds and pillows. The manager was very helpful bringing us fans, being very responsive and extending our departure time when our flight was cancelled. Shared laundry room was very helpful.

Our apartment wasn't cleaned whilst we were there and should have been. Apartment needs a few bits and pieces but overall it is well equipped.

Location and comfort in the apartment. Nice apartment and fancy rooms.

The electric owen is not sufficient to boil the water. The electronic door pass did not given us before arrive. We should have informed before we arrive. The elevator did not work when we arrived.
