Good for introverted guests: you doesn't need to contact anyone when checking-in and during the stay. With online self check-in we were able to arrive late in the evening. Coffee machine with a couple of capsules and a mini teapot in the double room were really useful. Even a super small fridge (a bit noisy, but we turned it off when slept)! The room design and furniture were very basic but nice and functional. Mattresses were fine. We had a window to the yard/roof and it was quiet outside. There is an elevator to reach higher floors. We traveled with bicycles, and we were able to leave them inside the building, but there was really little space for them next to the entrance.

Location, halfway between station and old town. Easy to check in and no time wasted at reception. Shared bathrooms were really nice.l, spacious, clean, no queue.

Mini fridge was plugged, didn't dare to drink the bottle in it as didn't know if it was free or not, and it made a loud white noise the whole night, until I unplugged it. We arrived to a hot room with two heaters blasting heat and an open window. I closed the window, one heater could be switched off, the other not.

It was clean. The parking was nearby. A cost-effective choice. There are two free coffee capsules and water as well. The shared bathroom and shower room were also clean.

There has to be strict restriction about loud parties. The people who stayed next to our room, seemed to be partying pass midnight. Since there was no staff around, they didn't care about other people. Their music was really loud. It was very hard to sleep.

Really clean hostel and superbly located. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms (shared) very clean. Communications are superb and check-in and check-out were easy (and very high-tech!). It was excellent value too, given the European Championships were on. Room was a little hot but it was in a heatwae to be fair

Our room is a little bit cold even if the heating is turning on to 5. Enter code of the hostel will not work if it's late. We were outside until 10.40pm. When we went back at 11pm, enter code which worked in the daytime now didn't work. And we were not the only group who had encountered this issue. Luckily we had a friend who went back earlier at 9pm could open the door for us from inside, otherwise it would be cumbersome to enter the building. It could be better for staff to give out clear instructions indicating how to enter the building if guests go back late at night or there is a clear and strict time that main entrance cannot be opened with enter code so guests will be aware of their back time.

Location is great! Walking distance to the main train station, shopping district, and altstadt. It is in the Little Tokyo area where you had many nice restaurants and shops. The room is modern, clean, with basic amenities you need. The shared toilet and bath were always clean and they are very cozy!

It would have been nice if the vending machine is loaded with drinks and snacks.

The location is perfect. I didn't have trouble finding delicious food even it’s easy to go to a park and riverside by foot. The shower room and washroom were clean. The room was pretty wide, clean and we enjoyed Netflix. My small child and I were satisfied.

A floor has a washroom that’s why if a person uses the washroom, should wait it.

This hostel represents excellent value in Düsseldorf. It is comfortable and clean and exceptionally well located. The code for entry is very handy especially as I arrived very late in Düsseldorf. I highly recommend it.

For this price I think it was quite nice, slippers and earplugs are provided. Bathroom quite clean. I will probably book this hotel again if I am going to Düsseldorf.

Elevator not available during stay. Early in the morning there is a sound of the electric drill punching, was very noisy.
