A tidy and nicely looking room with a kitchenette and a big shower. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as intended. Kudos for the big mirror with lights in the bathroom, as a woman of average height, I rarely find proper mirrors to apply makeup (somehow they are usually installed way too high above the sink and without any additional lights), so this was a pleasant surprise. And thanks to the staff for fulfilling my request for an extra blanket, and for leaving the big fan in the room. It was a pleasant stay.

In my opinion, the hotel tries its best, but the neighbourhood is... something else. The window of our room faced the main road, and every single night at 1 am and 5:45 am, someone was smoking weed next to our window, waking me up every single time. The night we arrived, a strange man without any luggage was taking photos of an electronic lock on the front doors, which didn't make me feel safe.

The location is great, and it's so convenient to have a code to get in so you can forget about keys. The kitchen is quite small, but had everything we needed! The bathroom was spacious and the shower had super nice pressure.

The pillows and mattress were quite deflated, and we didn't have a fan in our room. It would not have been a problem any other day but we got caught on a heatwave, so surviving without a fan (and not being able to leave the windows open due to the noise from being on the first floor facing the street) was really hard! We asked online (as there's no reception) for a fan but didn't receive any help. Luckily the cleaning people gave us one on our second day.

It included everything I needed, from a hob and microwave for preparing simple meals to a dishwasher for easy cleanup, and even a kettle and coffee machine for my morning beverages. The bathroom was also a highlight. The shower was very good, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Furthermore, the bathroom felt spacious, which was a welcome surprise. Overall, this accommodation offered excellent value and convenience. The thoughtful inclusion of a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom made my stay incredibly pleasant. I would highly recommend it!

While the provided coffee machine was appreciated, we could have done with more coffee pods. Having an insufficient supply meant we had to source our own, which was a minor inconvenience. Similarly, a fresh bottle of water provided daily would have been a nice touch and is often expected. Finally, while the room was initially clean, the absence of bed making each day was noticeable. Having the bed tidied would have contributed to a greater sense of ongoing comfort throughout our stay. Overall, the potential for a truly excellent experience was there, but addressing these small details would elevate it further.

The location was really good, the access to the facilities was easy. the room was clean, spacious and nice. Bed was comfortable and big, the bathroom was surprisingly large and well maintained. Hotel is nicely located closely to the large shopping area and walking distance to the downtown and the Rhein riverside entertainment area as central railway station and other public transportation.

I could not find an air conditioner, still not sure if there was the one in my room.

The appartment complex was located close to the city center and it was also near to the public transport network. In the adjoining streets there were many restaurants and shops, yet the neighbourhood was quiet. The appartment itself was small but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. A big plus was the underground parking. Access to the appartment was easy with codes to everything.

Room was comfortable to stay in with plenty of amenities. The bathroom was impeccably clean and the kitchen was very useful to have. Very much like the concept of not having staff go into your room all the time while you are out; better sense of security in my perspective. Also, it's very close to some very good restaurants and Little Tokyo, not to mention the train station!

The selection of teas given tasted like a kitchen paper towel soaked in hot water. :( I don't drink coffee, so I didn't try anything else.

Getting into this place is a breeze with the door code, and once you're settled, the beds are like sleeping on clouds. It's so quiet at night you'll sleep like a baby, and everything's clean and well-equipped, which is a big plus. Checking out is easy, and they even give you a sweet little welcome gift.

Dealing with the upfront ID upload can be a bit of a hassle, and if you end up in one of the rooms in the back building, be prepared for a bit of a hike with all those stairs and elevators. Despite these tiny hiccups, it's still a cozy spot for a comfy stay.
