The hotel has a theme that works. It creates a very nice atmosphere. Decoration and color palettes used in the room are found in the hallways and in breakfast room. I had asked for a romantic pack, and could surprise my partner with a great decoration of quality rose leaves on the bed, a nice bucket of roses, and a nice champagne. We didn’t use the wine offerings in the room, but that was a great addition too. 6 bottles of wine in the room to choose from. A great big king size bed and a bathroom with a large bath made our stay complete. All staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel vide is really nice, specially for people who like arts. The staff are extremely friendly and you are across a shopping mall and few minutes walk from the main shopping street. The location is really convenient, 10 minutes walk from the old town, 10 minutes walk from Little Tokyo and 10 minutes from the main shopping street.

Not much dislikes. Only one point that is not convenient if you are booking the junior sweet, the bedroom and the bathroom are on different floors. It is worthwhile booking the suite instead. In fact even the Deluxe room is very spacious.

We had a upgrade to a mezzanine room, which was great. We liked the theme of the hotel which added extra interest. It was close to tram and underground stops as well as a large Edeka. The main shopping street and the old town where in easy walking distance. The car park was close and it was easy to stop in front of the hotel to load and unload the car. Breakfast was varied and good quality. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

One of my favorite hotels in Dusseldorf. Very romantic and cozy, in the heart of the city. Big, stylish and comfortable rooms. Very nice spacious bathroom. Very friendly and kind stuff. In the morning we overslept and there was negative vibrations from the stuff‘s side because we couldn’t leave our room on time. Great and completely full minibar. Simply love this hotel!!!

Some small details could be already changed or renovated, because it’s obvious already that they are just old. But still everything is clean, so it didn’t bother me.

fantastic location (9 mins walk from the main train station), beautiful rooms, quirky design but very spacious and super comfortable bed. easy to get to the centre and plenty of dining options nearby. friendly staff

my initial impression entering the lobby was underwhelming because it looked very small and basic but the rooms and the rest of the hotel changed that quickly.

The room was exactly as pictured and we loved the set up. The loft and spiral staircase were so nice and fun! The bed was comfortable and the lounge space worked well. Our dog was also made to feel right at home. Location of the hotel was perfect for walking all over the city or jumping on a tram line right outside.

As always, I struggle with pillows in Europe - those could have been better but they offered several so I was able to stack and make them work. :)

Friendly staff, big room and confortable bed. Close to the train station and in the heart of the city for sightseeing, eating out and nightlife.

Only one small lift, which is very slow and often needs a long wait, using the stairs is easier if you are able. Nothing much else to dislike.

Beautiful, stylish, comfortable and super clean hotel. Our room was fantastic, the bed is really comfortable, and the bathroom is great too! The breakfast is really good and the staff is super kind and helpful. I left my earrings there and they took care of sending back to me! I would definitely go there again, highly recommended

WC amenities are super cool - Rituals brand. Rooms are pretty clean. Breakfast is OK. Big and fresh room. Design of hotel was very impressive. Location was at the heart of the city. Walking distance to everywhere.

No complimentary water. No computer desk in the room.

We received a room upgrade to a duplex suite. Very nice upstairs bedroom and separate living area downstairs. High standard of furnishings and facilities overall, including nespresso machine and large windows. Breakfast was fairly average.

Location. We weren't familiar with Dusseldorf and so location walking distance to the station was a good thing and public transport around the city is also very good, but the area between the hotel and the station is not very nice - plenty of kebab shops and sex cinemas!
