Perfect location, great amenities, super friendly staff! We absolutely loved our stay! We traveled by car to Düsseldorf and the hotel has a private parking area (⭐️), it’s located in the heart of Little Tokyo, very convenient for us to visit all good asian food places (⭐️). Our check-in (and check-out) procedure went smoothly and staff was so kind and sweet (⭐️) giving us a room with a view because we were celebrating his birthday. The room’s interior was modern and pretty! He used the gym in the evening (⭐️) while I was able to watch my K-drama for an hour with Netflix streaming service on the telly (⭐️). Also hotel’s wifi connection was gooood (⭐️). Did I mention we loved our stay and that the staff is amazing? (!!) ⭐️

The room was a bit on the smaller side, but that didn’t really bothered us. It’s perfect for a short stay.

It is really closeby to the city center in a safe neighbourhood. You can walk to the Altstad, night life, etc. in 10 minutes. Room was really clean, bed and the sheet were confortable, AC and TV units working properly. Interior design of the hotel and room were simply amazing.

I made the reservation and made a call to the hotel for a parking spot. Noone answered the phone. Then, I sent a message about a parking spot, again I didn't receive any response. When we were in the check-in spot, they said all their spots were full. But, I booked that hotel because they have a parking spot. Beside that, everything was great.

Wow, the hotel was amazing. Funky interiors with a great attention to detail and friendly staff. We arrived a few hours earlier than the check in time, anticipating on leaving our bags to go exploring until the room was ready. However, the woman checked for available rooms and allowed us to check in early which was unexpected but very welcomed. Upon checking our ID's for check in, she noticed it was my birthday a couple of days prior and gave me a small box of chocolates. This personal touch was a lovely start to our stay. The location of the hotel is very central and we just walked everywhere. The room itself was spacious and modern with a comfortable bed. The communal areas on the ground floor were great and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. I highly recommend people to stay here.

As a group of 11, we were welcomed from the moment we arrived despite being a few hours early. The hotel was really clean throughout with everything you’d need for your stay. The welcome drink was a nice touch too! The hotel is in an excellent location, a 10 minute walk to all the main areas and the train station.

It would be nice to have safety deposit boxes in rooms for extra added security of valuables.

In the city centre the effort put into the decor was amazing! Arrived early, had to early check in fee and was given a welcome drink - Gin cocktail which was beautiful. Had the nicest room I had booked in Germany, the shower was so good!! 2 hour bar and snack shop! When you leave you get a coffee or tea to have before hand or to take with you. Staff are fantastic - very good with us Scottish people! I’ll return!

Great location, just in front of the U-bahn. I like the style of the room and hotel overall. Staff are super friendly and nice. Breakfast is also very good. Pet friendly with additional fee for a dog in amount of 15eur per night.

I was living with a dog and it would be nice to have better cleaning than just replacing the towels. Especially as the hotel charges additional fee for a dog. Kettle in the room would be also nice to have.

Nice vibe, funky decor, convenient location: in Little Tokyo, close to the main station and a 15 minute walk from the old town. Room was ready when we arrived a few hours early, and was comfortable. The shower had hair conditioner which is always a plus for me. They also had free mulled wine in the lobby when we arrived on Saturday, as well as water with lemon - this was gone by Sunday, would’ve appreciated the water being a constant.

location hard to beat it is just some 5-10 minute stroll and then there is full access to all the shops and restaurants, very convenient parking (although it comes with a 24e fee), staff is super nice. we even got an early check in without hassle as the room was ready, that was a nice gesture.

The location was perfect for our visit to Düsseldorf; very easy access from the station and very simple and quick to find the Christmas markets. Staff - crew - were all very friendly and helpful, very easy to engage with. The bed was excellent; two very good nights sleep enjoyed. Breakfast was great; sufficient choice of all. And we liked the ‘funky’ and different Moxy decor and public space set up / layout.

My only criticism- expressed to staff at checkout - is the absence of a ‘green’ towel use policy. For a two night stay one set of towels is quite satisfactory, but if room service is not declined towels are changed. Tidy the room, clean the bathroom - but put in place a towel option that is not automatic change with room service.

The receptionists were very friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was in a convenient location - close to the main train station as well as a subway station and Little Tokyo, It was also a chic hotel - the “runway” when you enter (as well as your name on the TV when you enter your room) made you feel special, and although I did not make use of these amenities, there were lots of places to relax or play board games and a station to use a computer and/or print. I also appreciated the air conditioning and shower amenities.

As a solo traveller, the storage space in the room was ok, but more storage (especially if there were 2 people in the room) would be appreciated. A mini fridge would also be more convenient. The bathroom door was tight to open and close, but also swung wide open - a door stopper would be a suggestion for improvement. I could hear the rooms upstairs when they were walking around and next door when they were talking/yelling loudly and/or slamming their doors - a reminder for people to try to be a bit more quiet and respectful of others would be beneficial.
