Great location and clean, comfortable rooms. Staff was very nice.

Rooms were quite warm & I wasnt a big fan of the bathroom with streetview. It made me a little uncomfortable.

There wasn't a fridge or kettle in the room that we stayed in, which would have been nice inclusions.

The location, staff and cleanliness were all impeccable. The bed was very big and comfy. The shower was nice and spacious as well. Overall, the room looked very good.

Honestly the value for money is my biggest issue. The hotel is very nice and offers a lot of comfort but it is way overpriced. I was expecting a lot more. If money is not an issue for you, you'll enjoy your stay, but if you're someone who is more careful about their spending and wanted to treat yourself, you'll leave disappointed. It's not that much better than other hotels which are half price or even cheaper. There's no kettle, coffee maker or nice toiletries either.

This hotel was recommended by my German friend, who invited me to this beautiful city Dusseldorf. As it’s located in central of Japan/Korea town, interiors of the hotel was very much japanese style! It’s very close to Korean&Japanese supermarket & restaurants so it’s handy for those who misses some asian food! All staffs at hotel were very kind and great at what they are doing :) I loved the big mirrors & long, wooden table the room. Also when you go out, you can access easily to places by walk! (Feeling safe!)

If they could add ‘city center’ or ‘central’ to the end of the hotel name, it will be easier for people to be NOT confused with similar named hotel, which is ‘Me and All hotel Dusseldorf, Oberkassel’.

First of all, the hotel was in the most central location. It was in the heart of the Little Tokyo district and parallel to Königsallee. The rooms were very clean and I really liked the general design of the hotel. In addition to all this, all the receptionists were very helpful without exception. The breakfast area on the terrace floor was incredible. The view was the best I've seen in all of Düsseldorf. The variety and freshness of the breakfast was also good. We also tried the cocktails at the bar at night. They were very delicious. In short, I was very pleased. :)

There was nothing I didn't like. If I come again, I would stay at this hotel again.

Comfy room, interesting decor, breakfast lounge has amazing views, bed was great, bathroom had an excellent shower. The location is also very unique- close to the centre but with its own vibe.

The breakfast was OK - not worth 25€ pp. For getting breakfast one day, they also charged us a stupid holding fee which is the total cost of your stay + breakfasts + 50€. I believe they overcharged also- I had a pending transaction for a really high amount for over a week from them until I challenged it. They should charge room and breakfasts separately unless it is all inclusive. Also, would like the bathroom more as one unit personally. Not a big problem though.

Excellent breakfast, delicious bacon, eggs and croissants accompanied by two smiling waiters. I will definitely come back. I don't remember the name of the wonderful girl at the reception who checked me in and bringing me the shower gel. Loved the vibe from the hotel. It’s very new, hip and clean. The room was adequate for our trip, comfortable fresh bedding and pillows! The doors shut so quietly unlike many other hotels. Breakfast was great, beautiful way of presenting a buffet breakfast with great views. Mr.Perovic did a small but lovely gesture for us- making our trip even more memorable in some ways ! thank you so much

the scrambled eggs at breakfast was not my cup of tea (tasted somehow very eggy and artificial) :-/ some bread was hard.

Excellent location for the 'Little Tokyo' experience. Some playful references to Japan in the decorations. Having a few bottles of free water was a nice touch, too.

It was missing some essentials, like a tea and coffee maker. As many others have pointed out - AC controls are confusing (though the actual AC worked very well and was noiseless), having just one blanket for two people isn't a great choice.

The hotel is located in a perfect area in Little Tokyo where you have restaurants and shops at your doorstep, while it is busy it is friendly. The staff is professional and the design is fun and clean.

The room are very warm, if there was airco it was not noticeable and opening the window did not improve the situation which made it hard to sleep at night even tough it was cool outside. While I understand room doors are heavy for security and privacy, if you don't do it gently the door will slap hard, this means if you are sleeping and someone enters late at night or leaves early morning you will be woken up as the walls along with the headboard shake when this happens . It would be nice to advice your customers about it.
