Great location right near the heart of little Tokyo. Spacious room and the customer service was constantly available whenever I needed assistance. Having a washer/dryer is always super handy too. Great coffee machine/kitchenette facilities.

The ceilings heights are not made for the tall so that may be a deterrent for anyone over 5’5. It’s also a fairly hot room so if you can’t handle the heat you may struggle.

Clean studio apartment with fast internet. The coffee machine and small kitchen facilities were ideal for a short visit. The main bed was comfortable. The electronic check in and key code was easy to use (don't plan on arriving early as the code won't work...have a plan to store your luggage offsite if needed).

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on (this room is best for a couple, not a small family). Don't plan on staying more than 1-2 nights as there are limited bath towels and only certain apartments have washing machines.

We enjoyed our 7-day stay at Centerapartments Tonhallenstraße (apartment T22) in a very central location in Düsseldorf. The apartment is very close to the Japanese Quarter, the Inner City, Hofgarten and the main train station, which was perfect for us. The apartment itself is spacious and can easily host 3 (maybe 4) people). It has a small kitchen, which seemed to have everything you need (but we did not use it much, despite the provided tea and coffee - thank you!). We did not have much interaction with the host, but if we had any, it was always welcoming and kind. Overall, Centerapartments Tonhallenstraße might be not to cosiest stay for a long Düsseldorf stay like ours. But we were happy in general and would recommend staying there, especially for short-term stays.

The building and the apartment are a little rough around the egdes, but nothing that bothered us too much. Due to its central location you have a noise street (with tram) in front of the apartment T22, but with the windows closed, this was not a problem.

The location was great and easy to get to. Lots of food options nearby. Close to the central station with lots of local transport nearby. Entry to the apartment was very easy and nice not to have to worry about keys with the entry code. The apartment itself was clean and just enough space for 3 travelers. Greatly appreciated the fridge and coffee pods/coffee maker. There's also a small elevator to go up with your suitecase, which was also helpful. Access to Netflix on the tv, which was nice for the evening time. Great stay overall!

Not a negative but there were only very large square pillows and smaller long pillows on the bed - would recommend regular sized sleeping pillows be added to the apartment for a more comfortable night's sleep.

Loved the place, clean and very spacious. great location, in-between central station and christmas market. Shopping area was very near. Supermarket infront of apartment, and plenty of restaurants ( Japanese, Asian )very near the area. Love the place.

Took us a while to get in the apartment due to lock codes, but was sorted in the end. Other than that nothing. Place was Great. Loved it...

We stayed in the attic apartment. It was a nice, spacious, and well-equipped place. Everything was well arranged, and the location near the city centre was excellent.

Amazing location. Only a 10/15 minute walk from Alt Stadt and a few minutes from the city centre. We also walked it from the train station which was just 15 minutes away. It was also super convenient to have Aldi just opposite the apartment! The apartment is also very nice and it was clean :)

We wish we were provided with a fee dishwasher pods. Although a dishwasher is nice to have, we could not utilise it because of this. Also, we would have liked if we were given more than one dish cloth to dry the dishes.

Easy access by train from the airport. Good location for restaurants and shopping.( Aldi supermarket around the corner). Walking distance to Altstadt - Old Town ( longest bar with around 260 pubs, restaurants and bars) and Rhine River. Neat and clean property with lift access. Comfortable bed. Small well equipped kitchenette. Good bathroom. Clear directions for key pad self check in and received messages to check we got in ok.

Clean, comfortable, with all the good facilities like a good bed, smart TV, big table to play games on, good lighting, everything was just perfect. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Location was close to city centre which was perfect.

Both pans provided couldn't fit onto the conduction plate at the same time
