The hotel is right in the heart of Dusseldorf shopping district and pedestrian zone. The Christmas market was right there. All tourist spots are within walking distance, except that the train station is a longish walk of about 15 mins. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was excellent and served in a spacious and pleasant room. There was champagne at breakfast, although this may be a Christmas special. The hotel room price is not cheap, but it is reasonable for the quality. Recommend 100%

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but that's just a personal preference.

Lovely, central hotel with everything you might need or want. Superior breakfast in a bright, pleasant room overlooking the square. All staff were friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay again. It's an easy, <20min walk from the train (there's also a bus available) and nice stroll to the aldtstadt and river promenade. Many, many shopping and strolling and eating places nearby. Enjoyably active but not loud. Hotel was so quiet and the room was perfectly dark :)

Bed was a little too firm for me but really, everything was excellent.

The location was perfect for touring the city and felt very safe at night. We were very close to everything in Dusseldorf where walking was the main source of transportation, however, we were very close to the subway if that is what you needed. I also liked that the bathroom had a large enough counter space for makeup.

I enjoyed every piece that was offered! I knew my expectations where that the rooms were going to be small and that the beds were going to be twin.

Location is superb, could not be more central for shops and the underground network, I traveled for work and attended a trade show at Dussledorf Messe, single train to and from the show from the station outside and then close to a huge number of restaurants and Bierhaus's for the evenings.

Disappointed that tea and coffee facilities not provided in the room, this would be a consideration for me before booking again. There was a complimentary mini fridge in the room with a selection of soft drinks but only one bottle of beer provided for two people and then never replaced for the rest of a three day stay?

The room was beautiful, spacious and really clean. Location is central and in a very nice area. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful upon arrival, helping with parking tips and recommendations.

The bed was too soft for my taste and despite having a double bed, we got two separate (and narrow) duvet sets. Also, room cleaning happened while we were having breakfast and got interrupted once we came back to the room. This could be because of Easter adjusted working hours.

One of the most delightful hotels I’ve stayed in for a long time. Excellent amenities with high quality fixtures and fittings. Breakfast was delicious and the WiFi was decent. The staff were courteous and helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

Not a dislike but just a note - you can’t get a taxi to the door during business hours as it’s inside a pedestrian zone, you don’t have to walk far but it is confusing when trying to book a cab and then find the hotel!

I first time so enjoyed of my staying for the last 20 years. The location was perfect. Next to multiple shopping malls and Apple Store. Our room had a city view with twin beds. The room was large enough 23sq m?. Breakfast was amazing, everything you needed - cereals, different type of hams and cheeses, sausages, hash brown, smoked salmon specially was my fav. Staff was friendly, especially Frank was soo nice and responsible. There were 2 bottles of water, 1 beer, 1 bottle of orange juice and 1 bottle of cola free of charge for the 1st night in minibar. Towels were so soft, large bathroom with shower cabin, perfect conditioner for my curls for easy brushing was out of words. In the room there was even a shoe hanger. I will definitely stay here next time.

The location is amazing. Was looking for a hotel near the Christmas markets, and this turned out to be literally on one of them. Breakfast was limited in choices but good quality and has all the essentials.

Overall the hotel is very small, no lounge in the entrance or anything similar. I think there are only like 30 rooms to give you an idea. This isn't a bad thing, but was just unexpected. The room was kind of small as well, and I didn't love the beds. Also, no rooms with a bath.

Excellent breakfast—Great choice. very attentive staff. The latte macchiato was just to my tase. Perfect location for shops & restaurants. Close to U-Bahn. Accessible by taxi.

Wifi stopped working but we were lent a router that sorted out the problem. Very convenient downtown location—shops, restaurants, and cafes are all very close. No fitness room.

The location is superb. The room’s area is very good. The view from the room is the best.the staff are very helpful.

Although the breakfast was delicious but it is the same exactly the same every day without changing. They could for example change the juice or the jam or the bread with different varieties …etc Although the cleaning in the hotel was good but I didn’t like the color of the towels which was brown and the material of the bath robes Ac may not be enough in summer
